Pan Fried Creamy Chicken
INGREDIENTS PROCEDURES
MASHED POTATO
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1. Peel and slice the potatoes and put
quarters (about 4-6 potatoes) them to a large pot and cover with

CREAM SAUCE
2 tablespoons butter 1. To the same skillet you cooked the
2 garlic cloves, minced chicken, add the butter and garlic; cook
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour until the butter is melted. Whisk in the
½ cup water flour and let cook for one minute.
½ cup white wine or soda 2. While whisking, gradually pour in the
2-3 tablespoons mustard (or to taste) water. Whisk in the mustard, soda, salt
½ teaspoon salt and pepper. Whisk in the heavy cream
¼ teaspoon pepper and let simmer for 1-2 minutes until
1 cup heavy whipping cream slightly thickened to a gravy
consistency.
Cooking Time: Approximately 15-20 minutes 3. Add the chicken back to the skillet with
the sauce until the chicken is fully
cooked.
GARNISH
1 packet corn kernel 1. Sauté garlic, carrot, green peas, and
1 packet green peas corn.
