Project Overview

This proposal outlines the development of a comprehensive Staff Record


Management System (SRMS) to streamline and automate the processes related to

 Leave & Attendance Tracking: Track leave balances, requests, and
attendance, integrating with a potential timekeeping system.
 Performance Records: Manage employee performance appraisals,
promotions, and other performance-related data.
 Document Storage: Store digital copies of documents such as resumes,
employment contracts, and certifications.
 Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on various metrics such as
employee demographics, turnover rates, and attendance patterns.

System Features

1. User Authentication & Role-Based Access Control: Secure the system with
login credentials and role-based access to sensitive information.

2. Data Import & Export Capabilities: Import data from legacy systems or export
it to common formats (e.g., Excel, PDF) for analysis.

3. Customizable Fields: Allow custom fields to adapt to the organization’s unique

issues and gather feedback. Continuous support beyond the 4 weeks stated above
will be provided as a member of the All Stars Ensemble ICT Team.
