How to use the ANDROID app on SMART TVs and
ANDROID TVs :
This guide will show you how to install HDO Box on Firestick and
Android TV. The guide is accompanied by screenshots, and it can
be used on all versions of Fire TV and Android TV boxes/sticks.
If you’d like to explore the app, this guide will take you through a
step-by-step installation procedure for Firestick and Android TV.
Caution: Use a VPN
HDO Box doesn’t host the content it provides despite the fact that
it doesn’t aggregate for links like most apps. This means that you
need to be careful when using the app, as some of the videos may
be pirated.

your data in the hands of insecure servers, we highly advise using
a VPN.
The VPN will encrypt your traffic to protect you from the snooping
eyes of your ISP and government, and it will also change your IP

How to Install HDO Box on Firestick & Android TV
Since HDO Box is a third-party app, it’s unavailable on either
the Amazon Store or the Play Store. This means that we’ll need
to sideload it, and for that, we’ll use an app known as
Downloader. The app is available on both the Amazon Store and
Google Play Store.
Step 1: Install Downloader
On Google Play Store, just search for Downloader and click install.
On Firestick, you can follow the instructions below.
On the main page, hover over Find, then click Search.
2. Type Downloader and click on the suggestion to search.
3. The app should be displayed on the results page.
4. Select it and click Download.
5. After the installation, you’ll get an Open option. There is no need
to launch the app yet, so just go back to the home screen.
Step 2: Enable Installation from Unknown Sources
After installing Downloader, you’ll now need to allow your device to
install third-party applications downloaded through the app.
1. Go to Settings on the main page and select My Fire TV. The
option is Security & restrictions on Android devices, although this
may vary with the manufacturer.
2. Open Developer options (Skip this for Android TV).
3. Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.
If you are using Firestick Gen, Firestick Lite, or Android TV, the
option will be Unknown Apps. Once you select it, you will see
Downloader, and you can then click it to turn on the option.
You can now use Downloader to install apps. However, you should
also consider disabling data sharing to enhance your privacy if
you have not done so (in addition to using a VPN).
Go back to the home screen, then click Settings > Preferences >
Privacy Settings. Now, turn off “Device Usage Data” and, most
importantly, “Collect App Usage Data.
This will ensure Amazon doesn’t collect data on the apps you use.
Step 4: Install Downloader Browser Plugin (Android TV
only)
The Android TV version of Downloader doesn’t come with the
browser plugin, so you’ll need to install it first. Here’s how to do
so:
1. Open Downloader and go to the URL section. Type
browser.aftvnews.com and click Go.
2. The file should now start downloading, and you’ll be prompted
to install it. Click Install.
3. After the installation, click Done.
4. You’ll get the option to delete the file. Click Delete, then Delete
again.
Step 5: Install HDO Box App on Firestick & Android TV
To install HDO Box on Firestick, we’ll use the app we’ve just
installed.
1. Open Downloader and go to the URL section. Type the URL
hdo.app/tv or 795281 and click Go.
2. The installation file should now start downloading. You’ll then be
prompted to install it. Click Install.
3. After the installation is complete, click Done.
4. From there, you’ll get an option to delete the apk and save
space. Click Delete.
5. Click Delete once more to confirm.
After that, go to your apps section, and you will find the new
app. On the homepage, you’ll find titles grouped into various
categories such as TV Shows Trending Today, Movies Trending
Today, Popular Networks, Popular Companies, etc.
You can switch between movies and TV shows using the static
left-side menu. Once you select a title, you will see its metadata, a
play button, and other options such as related titles.
First ask your clients to download Google drive and doc on
their TV and connect email they use to get access to the link.
After connection, they should download downloader via
chrome on the tv
