Prahladpur, Vishwakarma Colony, Jaitpur, South Delhi-
110044, I do hereby serve you with the following notice: -
1. That my client is the owner and in possession of property /
House No. D-28/13, First Floor
2. That the owner is fully authorized to give the premises on
rent, receive rent and do all the activities concerning the
above said property.
3. That you the noticee is the tenant of House No. D-28/13,
First Floor, ______________ from January 2020 to March
2022 on a monthly rent of Rs.6,500/- per month plus

electricity, water and sewerage charges as per the rent
agreement dated _____________ and is in continuation till
march 2022. It is also agreed between you the noticee and
my client that the rent will increased @ 5% after every
two year from 18-08-2019.
4. That you the noticee was residing in the above said
premises and using it for your personal benefit.
5. That you noticee have not paid the due rent of four
months from November 2021 to February 2022
amounting to Rs.29,100/- and otowards my client
miscellaneous charges.
6. That my client several times requested you the noticee to
pay the outstanding rent and clear the dues (electricity
charges and other outstanding charges) but you the
noticee did not showed any concern towards my client
request and not paid four months outstanding rent
amounting to Rs.29,100/- and also not cleared the
electricity charges which was used by you the noticee,
Hence my client is entitle to receive Rs.29,100/-.
7. That you the noticee is the regular and chronic defaulter in
making the payment of above mentioned rent amount in
question to my client in respect of the property in
question.

I, therefore, call upon you through this Notice, to pay
the outstanding rent of the above said premises worth Rs.
29,100/- (Four months outstanding rent) alongwith Rs.
11000/-as charges of this notice to my client, within the
period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this Notice,
failing which my client has given me clear instructions to
file appropriate proceedings against you in the competent
court of law for recovering of arrears of rent and in that
event you the Notice shall be fully responsible for all costs,
risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences
thereof. Please note well.
A copy of this Notice is kept intact in my office for
record and further necessary action.
