WinLcRtx Do Not Start

WinLcRtx do Not start !!

The Siemens PLC (WinLcRtx) don’t start correctly after start-up the Machine.
If you try to compare the Blocks and the communication will not working,
Than you must do the following instructions.
Also you can see the WinLcRtx like this Picture

It is not possible to erase the whole Program and the Controller can not closed from the
Menu.

The WinLcRtx hangs up in the process to read the PLS Program from the Hard Drive, but
the checksum from the file is incorrect, by the last power down of the Machine was a fault
to save all remanent flag and Blocks.

That you can use the Machine so fast as possible you follow the next instructions.

- Start the Machine in the Service Mode


From the Desktop you must press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open the Task Manager
At the Menu Processes such the Image name
s7wlcrtx.exe and select them
than press the Button End Process.

Now open the Explorer and go to the Folder


F:\Program Files\Siemens\WINAC\WinLcRtx and delete the marked files.
If the files are deleted start again the WinLcRtx
(Doppelclick at the Desktop Symbol)

If the WinLcRtx Controller is started again Press the Button

By the WinLcRtx Controller


Now the Yellow STOP – Led will flashing.
If the flashing is done and the LED will shine all times is the procedure done.

Now you can reload the PLC Program and Hardware configuration
by the Simatic Manager.

Please note that -----


all Pallet, Selections (Unit On/Off), Part Counter, Parts in the Pallets which is existing must
activate/deactivate.
All machined Parts should be set to N.I.O.

To Finished the Procedure you must restart the Machine than you can sure that all
systems start together
