(Permission to Carry Over Dimensional Consignment)

Whereas the applicant mention below has submitted a self-declaration along with application in form T.O.D.A. as permitted by the Government of Maharashtra, vide
Government Resolution No.MVR 1119/CR-228/TRA-2, dated 25.05.2021 and paid the requisite fees the details of which are as below
1. RAMESHWAR CHOUDHARY has / have applied online in form T.O.D.A along with Self-Declaration dtd. 23-10-2024 for permission to carry over dimensional
consignment i.e. FABRICATED PART/MACHINERY from [BUTIBORI EXP HIGWAY SINAR NASIK MUMBAI ]
2. Fee paid Online vide receipt No. MHT2410233995868, dt.23-OCT-2024, Rs.2000/-
3. And whereas, as per Form T.O.D.A. and declaration received from Applicant, the weight of cargo, GVW and UW of all the trailers and overall dimensions of the
vehicle including the consignment are as follows-

Now therfore, Permission is hereby granted to RAMESHWAR CHOUDHARY for the route from [BUTIBORI EXP HIGWAY SINAR NASIK MUMBAI ] to carry
consignment i.e. FABRICATED PART/MACHINERY by the Motor Vehicle bearing registration no., as mentioned below.

This deemed permission is valid only for one single journey on following terms and conditions.
1. The vehicle shall not be driven with speed exceeding 16 kms per hour on main road and 10 kms per hour on ghat section.
2. The projecting portion of the load should be clearly visible to all the road users. A separate reflecting Red Light should be provided at the front and the rear end of
the load. The vehicle should pass through the ghat section only in the day time. (Sunrise To Sunset ).
3. It should be ensured that the load does not slide or shift while the vehicle is in motion.
4. An attendant is carried in the vehicle to attend to the load and give warning to the driver of the vehicle of any danger likely to be caused by the presencs of the load
on the vehicle.
5. The vehicle must be covered with valid permit, fitness certificate, insurance and taxes.
6. Additional restrictions / conditions imposed by PWD / NHAI / Traffic Police / Highway Police/local authority shall be strictly observed.

 7. During the night time all projections outside the body of the vehicle or trailer should be illuminated with red lamps and red reflector/reflective tape to facilitate clear
vision of projection at night time, and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme ends position of the vehicle and the edge of consignment
clearly.
8. After sunset The vehicle should be parked at a safe place and not by the road side.
9. The vehicles should preferably be preceded and followed by the pilot vehicle which shall ensure the safe movement of the cargo and safety of other road users.
10. RAMESHWAR CHOUDHARY shall be liable to pay such amount, as may be assessed by the appropriate authority, to the State Government/Union
Territory/National Highway Authority of India or any other affected person, where any damages is caused to the roads or road structures directly or indirectly due to
the movement of such vehicle.
11. RAMESHWAR CHOUDHARY will give advance intimation to such authorities or officers specified in this behalf by the State Government or National Highway
Authority or Public Works Department/ local authority
12. Any grant of permission under these rules shall be without prejudice to the right of the authorities specified in this behalf by the State Government to regulate or
stop the movement of such vehicles having regard to the safety of roads, bridges, structures and other road users;
13. Once the deemed permission gets issued, the owner/ consignor shall not make any changes in the overall dimensions of the vehicle and weight of the cargo and
shall not alter the route.
14. The State Government shall not be liable for any damage that may be caused due to movement of the said vehicles.
15. The Over Dimensional Consignment freight is allowed to be transported after sunset at places other than Ghats.
16. It will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner to plan the journey in consultation with the traffic police so that the traffic shall not be obstructed while transporting
the Over Dimensional Consignment.
17. The applicant / transporter should use the information like road map of the State, Design of roads, carring capacity of road, bridges on road etc. provided by the
Public Works Department on their website to plan their shipment.
18. The owner of the vehicle shall ensure that refletors, retro-reflective tapes and rear marking plates are fitted as per provisions of rule 104, 104 -A to 104 -E of the
Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
19. Vehicle to be parked at safe distance from main carriage way not obstracting free flow of traffic, also red lights to be placed at extreme point of cargo, Also red
reflective triangle to be placed behind vehicle on road.
20. This Permission shall be invalid ab-initio in case the particulars mentioned in the application and Self-declaration are found to be at variance during on road
checking by the authority.
21. This Permission shall be invalid ab-initio:-
1. if the said motor vehicle does not comply with the provisions of rule 93 of the CMVR, 1989
OR
2. If the notification issued by the authority in this behalf exempting the said motor vehicle from the applicable provisions of rule 93 of the CMVR, 1989 shall
not be carried while carrying O.D. Consignment.

 22. For breach of any of the conditions mentioned above this permission shall stand null and void.
