Venzo UI/UX Internship - Interview Practice Guide
1. Tell me about yourself
Hi, my name is Loganadhan. I am studying B.Tech in AI and Data Science. I like UI/UX design because I
enjoy solving problems and making simple designs for people. I made some projects like a grocery app and a
party game app. I know tools like Figma and Photoshop. I also did a web development internship and finished
a UI/UX course. I want to learn more and become a good designer.
2. Why do you want to join this company?
I like your company because you do real projects and care about design and the environment. I want to work
with your team and learn new things. I also want to help and grow as a designer here.
3. Tell about your favorite project
I worked on a Smart Grocery App. I talked to people, like a housekeeper, to understand their problems. Then
I made wireframes and designs in Figma. I added features like grocery suggestions and reminders. I also
used good colors and fonts so it's easy to use. I learned a lot from this project.
4. How do you take feedback?
I like feedback. It helps me make better designs. Once, a developer told me my button style was not the
same everywhere. I said thank you and fixed it. I want to improve, so I listen to feedback.
5. What is user-centric design?
User-centric design means we think about the user first. What they want, what they need. In my app, users
missed a button, so I changed the design. Now it's easy for them. That is user-first design.
6. What tools do you use?
I use Figma for wireframes and UI. I also use Photoshop to edit images. Sometimes I use Illustrator for icons.
I am learning Webflow also. I like learning new tools.
7. What is a wireframe?
Wireframe is like a simple sketch of the app or website. It shows where buttons, text, and images will go. I

use wireframes before making full designs.
8. What is a prototype?
Prototype is a sample design that looks real. I use Figma to make it. You can click and see how the app will
work. It helps people understand the flow before coding.
9. What is responsive design?
Responsive design means the website or app works well on phone, tablet, and computer. The layout
changes based on screen size. I use auto layout in Figma to do this.
10. What is accessibility in design?
Accessibility means everyone can use the app - even people with low vision or problems. I use big text, good
contrast, and easy buttons to help all users.
11. Do you know Webflow?
I know the basics. I am still learning. I use Webflow to understand how design becomes a website without
code.
12. What do you know about Venzo and Kytz Labs?
Venzo is an IT company, and Kytz Labs is your creative design team. You made more than 80 websites and
focus on green and smart design. I like that you work on real projects and help the planet too.

Yes, I am ready to work from OMR, Chennai. I am excited to meet the team and learn in person.
14. Do you know how to work with developers or marketers?

I am hardworking and love learning. I can design with Figma and Photoshop, and I listen to feedback. I will
give my best and grow fast with your team.
16. What is your biggest strength as a designer?
My strength is creative thinking and clean UI design. I also understand the user and make designs easy to
use.
17. What is one challenge you faced in a project?
In one project, I had many ideas but no structure. I felt confused. So I started with user flow, then wireframes.
That helped me stay clear. I learned that process is important.
18. How do you learn new skills?
I learn from YouTube, Coursera, and practice with personal projects. I also check other designs on Behance
and Dribbble for ideas.

I also want to learn how to handle feedback and deadlines.
