Presentation Assignments
Units 1 - 8
Instructions:

- You are each going to create a presentation that revises the key concepts
of an assigned topic between units 1 - 8.

- You will present your powerpoint/google slides in chronological order.

- Refer to the list of requirements on the following side as a guide for the
structure of your presentation.

- Deadline: Thursday, May 1st, 2025 (Late work will not be accepted)
Requirements for each presentation:

1st Slide: The first slide must include the title of your presentation, the date you will be presenting it, and
Title Slide the name(s) of the presenter(s) – both first and surname.

2nd Slide: The next slide should include a breakdown of what will be covered in the presentation.
Objective It should answer the question: What is the objective of this presentation?

For example: “By the end of this presentation, my peers will be able to identify and correctly use modal verbs,
etc.”

3rd - 5th Slides You must have at least 3 - 5 information slides that break down the content of your
Information Slides presentation. These slides should include examples of the key concept(s) in context. If you are
doing vocabulary, you will have definitions (in context) as well as example sentences.

6th Slide The slide directly following the information slide should be a ‘Test Yourself’ slide that includes at
Test Yourself least 10 practice questions for grammar and at least 15 - 20 questions for vocabulary.
The questions can be fill in the blanks, multiple choice, true or false, matching, etc.

7th Slide Directly following the ‘Test Yourself’ slide should be a slide with the correct answers for your
Answer Slide peers to cross check their work.

8th Slide Your last slide should include a brief summary of what was covered, invite your peers to ask
Final Slide any questions if they have them, and finally, thank them for tuning in to your presentation.
