We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the position of HR Recruiter Intern at People Nexus Consulting Group. We are excited to have you on

1. Internship Details

Position: HR Recruiter Intern


Work Hours: 10am to 6:30pm
Reporting To: Ms. Meghna Saha - HR Manager
Stipend/Compensation: Rs. 5,000/- per month fixed plus variables

2. Responsibilities
As an HR Recruiter Intern, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Assisting in organizing recruitment events or job fairs.
Maintaining candidate records and tracking recruitment metrics.
Conducting background checks and reference verification (if applicable).
Providing support in onboarding new hires.

3. Reporting and Evaluation


During the internship, you will report to Ms. Meghna Saha and receive regular feedback and performance evaluations. At the end of the internship, you will be provided
with a performance review to help you grow and develop your skills further.

4. Terms and Conditions

You are required to adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations.
You will be expected to maintain a professional work ethic, punctuality, and confidentiality.
As an intern, you are not entitled to any permanent employment after the completion of the internship, though excellent performance may lead to future opportunities.
This internship offer is contingent on the successful completion of all formalities and any required documentation.
