Simple present tense is a tense that used
to describe habitual events, instructions,
fixed schedule, and general truth.

Simple present tense can also be used to


indicate something that is happening right
now.

Adverb of Time : always, usually, seldom,


never, sometimes, often, once, twice,
every.

Verbal Sentence
In general, verbal sentence is a sentence that contains
a verb, or a verb that functions as a noun or modifier.

The verb in a verbal sentence is the main predicate


that describes the action of the subject.

In simple present tense, the verbal sentence always use


verb 1 as a predicate in the sentences.

1. Positive Form (+)

Subject + Verb 1(+s/es) + Object/Complement


+s/es when the pronoun that used as a subject in
the sentence is a third-person singular pronouns
such as : he, she, it.

Example :
a. He always go to the office on 7 o’clock.
b. Marie often read a book in the living room.
c. You listen to the rock music in your room.
d. They watch their favorite series twice a week.
e. I cook pasta in the kitchen.
