1. Executive Summary
This Learning and Development (L&D) Plan for School Year 2024–2025 aims to build the
professional capacities of the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Lanipga Elementary
School. It aligns with the Department of Education's thrust toward quality, inclusive, and
relevant basic education. The plan is based on needs identified through the RPMS,
classroom observations, and stakeholder consultations.
2. Strategic Objectives
Strengthen teacher effectiveness through capacity-building aligned with the Philippine
Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).
Improve classroom instruction through technology integration and updated pedagogical
strategies.
Promote inclusive education and uphold child rights and protection.
Enhance support for the well-being and mental health of staff.
