Session to come to order at exactly 9:00 in the morning.

1. Schedule on Cpc
Brgy. Officials – motion to request list of Employees and Request letter to invite the
Resident Manger at Brgy. Hall office to discuss their SDMP unimplemented projects and
updates on mining operation.
2. Supplemental Projects and others
Punong Barangay Hon. Riza G. Bandivas – Nag inform nga naay 5 Million for Projects
pero 5 ka barangay ang first batch naghubutay man me but sad to say walay star akong
nahubutan.
Punong Barangay Hon. Riza G. Bandivas -Lodging House matters- nangutana kung uyon
ba sila nga e supplemental ang 1 Million nga gikan sa NADAI for Phase 3 sa lodging House
arun magamit ug maka income na kini.

Brgy. Transporation Vehicles (KIA Parts) –for Supplemental 60,000.00 pesos
Watershed Budget- Supplemental 300,000.00 estimated.
3. Report Brgy. Treasurer- Reported the Disbursement for March and Penalties.
Sk Matters- damay na ang council dili na pwedi mag backdate.
Mamalihog ko Kap sa kadtong atong mga problema bahin sa 167,000 Lawigan festival,
60,000 Loyalty Awards, ug sa BAC Members Legal Basis ra ang problema ato.
4. Osmc mining survey and location marking of coordinate water shade area-
Needed ug Geoditic Engr sa apgsurvey arun maklaro gyud ug asa dapit ang boundary.
5. Embankment for Paving of Roads
Punong Barangay Hon. Riza G. Bandivas- Mag supervised nag brgy. Officials. Unya
dapit ila Baguinon dapat buhuan kay arun dili ma stuck up ang tubig. Nihangyo napud ko ni
Jay nga patambakan ug bato, tabangan sa JMT sa pag haul kay labon naa pa ilang mga
equipo.
6. TABO “KADIWA”- April 30, 2025
Kani nga programa alang s amga Farmers ug productive ka nga farmers tagaan ka nila iug
seedlings.
Hon. Bibiano M. Pagangpang -bahin sa galingan update himuan ug Resolution unya ipasa sa
DA kay sila na ang mo pasa sa Province kay basin makatabang sila.
Hon. Ronald B. Ochate- suggest nga usbon kay arun magamit ug maghimo ug MOA.
