Company Overview:

Company Name: (Logo) Mohammed

National Urban Energy Corp. (NUEC)

Company Description: Nura

Urban Energy Corp currently operates a distribution network that utilizes high-voltage
transmission, which delivers high-voltage electricity from power plants to substations for
efficient long-distance transportation of electricity. Transformers at substations reduce
the voltage, but the existing infrastructure lacks sophisticated monitoring and control
capabilities. The electrical distribution network at medium voltage serves residential,
commercial, and industrial customers through both overhead and underground systems.
Furthermore, Urban Energy Corp seeks to increase the integration of renewables into the
grid with local solar/wind farms, and pilot new ways for customers to track their usage
and participate in demand response programs through online interfaces.

to big cities and is now succeeding in using good energy like solar, wind and hydro. This helps
support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 develop for a better and greener future.

Right now, the largest energy company in the country is Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). It
directs most of the electricity system. But National Urban Energy Corp is becoming powerful
because it aims on smart energy systems and present technology.

By using new ideas and working with specialists, National Urban Energy Corp is building
trust, relationships and showing it can be a leader in smart and good energy.

Problem Statement: (Nura)

National Urban Energy Corp (NUEC) is at a crossroads as an energy provider with

major issues related to existing grid infrastructure, limitations. At present NUEC's
traditional power grids are designed for a centralized energy model that
perpetuates fossil fuel generation. As a result of this legacy infrastructure, NUEC
faces a number of important challenges for the future; to do nothing, is not an
option.

1. Current system inflexibility:

NUEC's existing grid system does not have the flexibility to absorb the variances
from renewable energy sources like solar and wind. The issue of inflexibility results
in operational inefficiencies and also higher costs for their end clients - increased
risk of power outages, especially where demand peaks, and renewable energy
generation does not coincide.

2. Higher operating costs:

As NUEC seeks to integrate renewable energy within the existing grid, the current
challenge of operationally obsolete infrastructure not only presents a barrier to
entry, but also increased operating costs. As NUEC is not able to respond
dynamically energy flows where fluctuations in supply and demand exist, NUEC
shareholders have experienced increased costs related to energy purchases, and
management of the grid.

3. Customer Trust and Satisfaction:

Ongoing power interruptions and electricity dependability issues stemming from
the existing grid are damaging customer trust. As customers become more aware of
the advantages of renewable energy, their expectation for electricity solutions that
are reliable and sustainable will increase.

4. Regulatory Compliance Headwinds:

With regulations evolving in support of renewable energy and smart grid
technologies, NUEC's infrastructure is not situated to comply, and ultimately reduce
the risk of non-compliance and fines.

In conclusion, NUEC's present grid systems are inadequate for combining renewable
energy sources and with operational costs rising and reliability issues on the
horizon as well as the potential for customers to no longer trust you, NUEC is in a
position where it must update its grid systems to remain competitive and honour its
commitment to a greener future. Upgrading the electricity grid is a huge

undertaking, but it can significantly increase efficiency and consistency in NUEC
operations which aligns with national sustainability initiatives and allows NUEC to
solidify their legitimacy as the smartest energy company.
