• Researched and identified learning trends from 250+ students to assist the Teach for India Fellows in adopting the best-in- practice
teaching strategies with a particular focus on creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Analysed 8 teaching methodologies and created a practical and comprehensive teaching strategy for Indian students.
Research Intern, Samagra Foundation (1 Month, January 2021 – January 2021)
• Collected data from Government Sources and analysed it using data analysis tools to formulate reports detailing the status of
sanitation facilities available in India.
• Identified the fallacies in the sanitation system in India and mentioned recommendations to improve the same.
Research Intern, CitySpeaks (2 Months, August 2020 – October 2020)
• Led a 5-member team to analyse the stereotypical gender differences observed in the nation and define the causes and reasons for
the same.
• Surveyed over 200 households, and presented the interpretation of findings to Mr. Biju Prabhakar, Secretary at Government of India.
Research Intern, Quality Council of India (2 Months, August 2020 – September 2020)
• Conducted an exhaustive analysis of 10+ industries where accreditation can be made mandatory to improve the quality of services.
• Worked under the Project Manager at QCI, in collaboration with NABCB, to create data driven reports and detailed measures and
recommendations for NABCB.
Finance Intern, India Infoline Group (IIFL) (2 Months, June 2020 – August 2020)
• Performed quantitative & qualitative market research & created data reports by analyzing various metrics to understand the current
trends in the industry in order to induce investment.
• Drafted a comprehensive report on Fintech Venture Capital Investment in India.

• Research Project - Analysed the growth curve in the health insurance industry post pandemic, by surveying 120+ people.
• Carried out financial and business analysis of ITC, to stage its position in the FMCG Industry.
• Undertook a pro-bono consulting project for a Candles company, based in London; Analysed the financial statements and reduced
cost of production by 14% and increased the revenues by 12%

President, Girl Up Jazba, United Nations Foundation (July 2020 - July 2021)
• Founded the club and led a 60+ member team of students from 15+ colleges in Delhi NCR to empower women in all walks of life.
• Initiated 8 campaigns and 5 projects, with a total participation of 900+ students, to address issues like lack of financial literacy among
rural women; received special commendation from the Office of the United Nations Foundation for the same.

• Contacted over 200 companies, for internships and campus recruitment purposes; facilitated the hiring process of 80+ students.
• Organised the Corporate Engagement Week, involving 800+ participants; managed 50+ students and funds worth 4 Lakh INR.

• Developed a 30 pages financial literacy toolkit, approved by the RBI, and led a 60-member team to instill financial literacy among

• Secured 1st position, among 300+ students from 10+ nationalities, in the International Policy Brief Competition organised by the
Macquarie University, Australia.
• Among the top 10% of candidates shortlisted from a pool of 9100 applications from 25+ countries to attend the Harvard Project for
Asian and International Relations Conference; received a recommendation letter and a Certificate of Recognition.
