30, 1975).

2. Photo Timeline

o 1954: Geneva Conference – Division of Vietnam.

o 1968: Tet Offensive – A turning point.

o 1973: Paris Peace Accords – Beginning of peace.

o 1975: Fall of Saigon – Day of reunification.

3. Vocabulary to Know and a mini game to review

o Key terms explained to build learner understanding.

4. Writing Challenge

o Creative and reflective writing prompt using vocabulary from the


blog.

II.Purposes

1. Educational

o Teach historical context and vocabulary to English learners in


Vietnam.

2. Rasing awareness of the upcoming blogs

o A kick-off for upcoming blogs

3. Language Practice

o Encourage reading, watching, and writing using historical


content.

o Increase participant’s vocabulary through different topics.

4. Cultural Awareness

o Foster understanding and pride in Vietnamese history among


young learners.
III.Expected Outcomes

o Increase a level of interactivity for English SharePoint page.


o Increase participants’ exposure to English content.
o 1st step for raising awareness of participants about the English
community.

 Create an environment where participants can freely and safely use


English as a tool to engage and connect with other people.

IV. Communication Plan

o Send an email to all staff under the form of news.


o Create an English Channel => Announce it to everybody (send a link,
remind,)

V. Potential Risks and proposed solutions

+Risks:

1. It cannot generate enough interest among Endavans.


2. They may be missing or forgetting.

+Solutions:
1. Introduce Lucky Draw => Give a small gift for anyone who just needs
to attend the Writing challenge.

1.2. Choose 2 people that get the best scores for the Writing challenge
according to the rubric.

2.Create a channel on Teams to remind them to participate in.


-Create a board on Padlet to encourage more people to participate in =>
who gets the most likes will get the prize.
