otherwise identical.

Q2: You have created a voluntary deduction that has a results element and a base element, which
element do you setup costing at?

Q3: There were a couple balance related questions. Like why wouldn’t you be able to see an input value
for an element on the balance?

Options were around balance effective date was before element start date, element had an effective
date before the balance, input value was previously used

Q4: Question on why the LOV wouldn’t be visible on an input value- input value is number; input value is
character (can’t remember the other two options)

The following questions had some variations: -

4) Input Value missing the drop down element- Options were like the LOV is a character, LOV is a
Date, LOV is a number etc

5) Costing Hierarchy- There were one specifically asked for Costed Distribution(Payroll> Element>
Job> etc)

6) I got the response as incorrect for balance initialization- I have mentioned the date should be
same for balance initialization not sure why they have mentioned this as a wrong option.

7) Element to be repeated in the same period Options- Allow Multiple Entries, Additional Entry
