FACULTY RECRUITMENT
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following full time posts
on Tenure /Contract basis.

Posts Undergraduate
Professor  Electrical Engineering
and  Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning
Associate Professor

1) Qualification:
The candidates applying for the posts should have educational qualifications and experience as
specified by AICTE, New Delhi, DTE (GOM) and Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Reservation will
be as per Governments norms. (as applicable)

2) Age:
Upper limit for age is 58 years.

On full time Contract basis initially for a period of 11 months, which could be extended, based on
performance OR till regular appointments are made on these posts whichever is earlier. Salary will
be paid on consolidated basis. Selected Candidates will not have any claim on regularization of their
appointment.
Also some faculty may be identified / appointed for longer duration (2-4) years based on institute
requirement and performance.

Tentative Salary range will be as follows based on experience and performance

1. Professor 100000 - 175000
2. Associate Professor 75000 - 120000
* Management reserves right for higher salary based on qualification and experience.

4) General Information

ii. Those who are already in service should produce NOC at the time of interview.
iii. The educational qualifications, publications, and experience up to the last date of submission
of applications will be considered while determining the eligibility of candidates for the posts
and for short-listing them for the interview
iv. All applicants are requested to visit college website for further updates. No query regarding the
eligibility and other information will be entertained individually. All the aspiring candidates are
advised to apply for the posts for which they consider themselves eligible.
v. Eligible candidates should appear for the interview as per the schedule. No TA/DA will be
paid to candidates for attending interview. Refer website regularly for updates and
interview schedule.
vi. Candidate should bring one set of attested copies of certificates and copies of their publications
along with hard copy of application. Schedule for the interview will be declared on college
website.
vii. Last date of application is 5th April 2025.
