Member Certificate (FAMC0122032660500) -Certain clarification -

Attention of the District Collector, Krishna @ Machilipatnam is invited to the


reference cited and it has been requested for clarification on whether a Family
Member Certificate can be cancelled as the complainant is not a family member.

Therefore, all the District Collectors in the state are hereby instructed to
strictly adhere G.O.Ms.No.584, Revenue (Ser.II) Department, dated 11.12.2023
i.e., all the District Collectors concerned are authorized to cancel the Family
Member Certificates issued by the Tahsildars in cases where they were issued
erroneously or fraudulently to avoid complications and informed that no further
clarifications shall be given where in the Government have already issued
standard guidelines.
