4. create about two paragraphs of your own
5. save your document on desktop by using pass word to open( file name Exercise1)
6. Close you Document
7. Open new Blank Document and type =rand(50,10) and press enter key. What did you get?
8. save the document in D:\pharagraph\exercise
9. exit from ms- word
10. Run ms-word again and try to open the file exercise1 with wrong pass word.Is it open? use
the correct pass word
11. Clear the password to open from your document. Close the file again. Does it prompt pass
word to open?

d. add a bottom and top border and yellow shading to paragraph 2

Exercise 3: Page Formatting
1. open new blank document and type =rand(150,8)
2. insert Arabic page Numbers(1,2,3) at the bottom aligned center

number at page 2 to start from 1.
4. add an art border to the cover (1st page)
5. Add “ Business Faculty” As header and “Department of Accounting” As Footer
