TERMS & CONDITIONS
● PV module size may vary upon availability at the time of confirmation order
● Prices may vary upon fluctuation in currently exchange rate of USD/Euro
● Deal is subject to China policy
Price Validity Price quoted is valid for 10 days.
Delivery and
Installation Within 20-45 days from date of confirmation of order
Timeline
Payment Terms: 30% Advance , 50% on delivery, & 20% on Installation.
Payment Mode Cross cheque in favor of DEWMAK ENERGY (Pvt.) Ltd.
Force Majeure The universally accepted force majeure clause applies to our proposal.
Process will start immediately after installation, approx., timeline is within 2-3
months. Timeline for net metering to be operational depends on the
Net Metering DISCO/NEPRA approvals.
NEPRA License fees of Rs 1/watt & KE new meter charges (approx. Rs 60,000-
80,000), will be paid by customer.
i. Out of City system delivery to site
ii. Damage through any Natural disaster of any material or accessory will not be

iii. Net-Metering Charges which will be charged by K-Electric and NEPRA
