Once fex enable the lacp and vpc feature

Once peer keep alive is success then rest config vpc peer link
Check the vpc status

Now config vpc for fex and sever


VDC

Maximum no. vdc depend upon the supervisor engine

If u have sup 1 then u can create upto 4 vdc …..vdc 1 is default

If u have sup 2 then u can create upto 5 vdc …..vdc 1 is default

VDC actually create virtualize environment for switching and routing… user will think that they are
connected to a different switch but in actual they are on same physical chassis.

Sh interface status….o/p show only vdc 1 interfaec

How to move in other vdc

Switch back command use to come in default and if u r network admin then u can change in vdc
otherwise not

There certain command or thing only done in default vdc like license and upgrade.
