A Quick Guide to AssaiWEB

1. Open AssaiWEB and enter your username and password:

2. To select a different project, click on Project Tab and choose from your available projects:

3. Documents Section is loaded by default upon log in. To search for a document, click on Search Documents icon:

4. You may enter in the search field, criteria based on the document no, title, document owner or the originating
company:

Or alternatively search for a document via the Documents Tree:

5. To view your selected document, click the pdf icon and open the file

6. If you want to search for the previous revision of your search results just click on the information icon (i)

7. The previous revision will be available in the revision history box for your quick reference if needed.

8. To Download a single file or multiple documents check on your selection and download published

9. To generate a list of your downloaded document/s, check on your selection and click the Print Icon on the right
section of your Assai screen. Output format is either in Excel or PDF.

on the Correspondence Tab and Search Correspondence icon:

11. You may enter in the search field, criteria based on the correspondence no, title, or the originating company.

12. To view your selected correspondence, click the pdf icon and open the file

13. To Download a single or multiple correspondence check on your selection and download published

14. To generate a list of your downloaded correspondence check on your selection and click the Print Icon on the right
section of your Assai screen. Output format is either in Excel or PDF

15. Access to the Outgoing Correspondences requires the selection of the Outgoing Section in the Correspondence
Tab. Please follow Step 10 to 14 accordingly.

16. To change your system generated password, click on the Tools Tab (Password Length > 8 characters, must
contain at least one digit, one character)
