Introduction

Everyone faces problems, and if you are

unable to solve your own, you must learn
to manage it. This book contains solutions
for the struggle of unemployment faced by
graduates.

It offers genuine solutions to the problems

that millions of Nigerian graduates
encounter every year.

Statistically speaking, Nigeria's

unemployment rate was 43% in 2022.
Thousands of graduates from various
Nigerian universities graduate each year
with no prospects of employment.

This has also been my main problem

since graduating from college. However, I

3
realized the importance of standing out
from the crowd. Although it was not easy,
many graduates waste years of studying
only to have a disappointing ending with
no promising job prospects.

This is a shame, but it is not solely our

fault. We must take responsibility for the
circumstances. Despite the challenging
economic situation, we all agree that we
cannot let it hinder us from providing for
ourselves.

We must find a way to survive, and this is

where this book comes into play.
Congratulations if you are still following
along. Success is not easy, so we must
work smartly, not just hard.

Achievements begin with a simple idea,

and the guidance provided in this book will

4
serve as a foundation for your
accomplishments.

Having a better plan will lead to financial

stability and the ability to be content with
what you have while pursuing your
aspirations. Sit up straight, grab your
notepad and pen, and let's embark on this
journey.

CHAPTER 1
SELL OR GO BROKE

In 2023, there is one of my friends who

has a high interest in business. He
informed me about his plan to start a
dropshipping business.

Both of us were very happy about the

idea. So I asked him if he has the capital
for the business, and he replied yes.

I was happy about it and told him that we

have hit the jackpot. When I asked him
how much money he has, he told me he
has N400,000. I said, 'Okay, we are good
to go.'

6
With the little business idea I had, I told
him that we should invest in a product that
people really want.
We did some research on the audience
we were going to sell to and luckily, we
discovered that many students don't have
hand blenders.

So we decided to target that market and

ordered some hand blenders from China.
We spent N300,000 on our first order.

When the goods arrived, we went to the

seaport to collect them and celebrated the
successful importation of the goods, even
though we didn't have any customers yet.
We used the remaining money to create
advertisements.

We gave the adverts to school bloggers to

help us with them. But do you know
7
what surprised us the most? With all
the adverts we made, we only made
N130,000 in income. This was a shocking
moment for us. I almost cried.
He blamed me for the financial advice I
gave him, but we still have some of the
products with us.

So I sat down, accepted all the blame,

and asked him to give me the remaining
products. He did that, and I promised him
to give back all the money he lost due to
my financial advice.

Why am I doing this? Because I have in

mind to become a successful
entrepreneur after school. So I bought
some books on business and read them.

I gathered knowledge from the books and

formed my own ideas. I must have
customers before I present the product.
8
Fine, what a nice idea! I also came up
with an idea to create trust, so that was
another main problem I had during these
moments.
So, I had to study, study, and do more
research on that. Anyways, you will see
more details about that in chapter 6. So, I
gathered everything I had and invested it
in the remaining products that I had left.

I'm still working on how to keep my

promises, so I used the strategy I learned
and it worked out. Firstly, what did I do? I
know I am the first person to notice that
our audience doesn't use hand blenders
and they want it urgently. So, I sat down
and asked myself how many friends do I
have.

Approximately, I was having up to 13

trusted friends, so I informed them about
9
my product so that they can refer me to
their friends too. Surprisingly, it worked
out for me.

Now, what happened? They trusted me,

and their friends they had too have
friends. So, I created a customer base
and I was asked most of the time when
am I going to order another product.

I fulfilled the promise I made to my friend

within 2 months. I returned back his
money, and now I am the one running the
business.

I made almost 2 million from this

business, and I am still making money till
today. Now, what did I want you to learn
from this story?

The first thing is to let you know that

selling is an incredible skill that involves
10
convincing others to willingly purchase
your products.

The reason why you have to consider

selling as a graduate is because the
percentage of buyers in the country is
lesser than the sellers so, why would you
now have to underestimate selling?
The main reason I wrote this book is
because I want Nigerian graduates to
make money from the poor.

Why did I say so? I was watching the

news last year, and the news alerted a
statement that the poverty rate of the
people in Nigeria is almost 50%.

So, I decided I can make these people my

targeted market and make money from
them. So, what are the things we can
sell in Nigeria? My genuine answer is
selling anything you want as long as it is
11
legal, so you have the freedom to sell
whatever you think will sell.
If people buy, then that's an indication that
there's a market for what you're selling.
Note that before you think of investing in a
business, the first thing you will have to do
is research your market before building a
business around it.

For instance, when the okada (motorcycle

taxi) business started in Nigeria, it was
likely initiated by a single individual.

As we observe today, this idea has been

followed by many others, leading to the
widespread presence of okada riders
across the country.

The people who bought into this idea have

researched the market and discovered
that there are many people out there

12
looking for means to move from one place
to another.
So, if you are willing to go into selling, be
creative and think beyond your
subconscious mind to come up with an
idea that has the potential to generate
substantial wealth for the rest of your life.

BUYING BEHAVIOR
After understanding the market, making
more research about the market is
essential.

To understand this further, it is essential to

grasp the buying behavior that serves as
the driving force behind any marketing
process.

Understanding why and how people

decide to purchase your product, or why

13
they are loyal to a particular brand, is
crucial.
When talking about selling to customers,
sometimes they buy products not only
because they want them but also because
of how they are presented to them.

One of the significant challenges faced by

businesses in Nigeria is the issue of how
business is being presented to customers.

I have researched the top 5 buying

behaviors possessed by Nigerian
customers. These behaviors are what
make customers purchase from you.

1. Customers that love free things:

Almost everyone in the Nigeria
marketplace loves free things.I don't know
if it happens in other countries too, but in
Nigeria, particularly, everyone loves free
things, including me.
14
During the beginning of last year, I wanted
to backtest my forex strategy. To do this,
you must accumulate data from years
back to know how profitable your technical
skills work.

So I had to upgrade my plan to the

premium level. I checked the lowest price
they had to offer, which was N7000 per
month. However, when I wanted to make
the payment, I was surprised to find out
that they offer a free trial for 30 days
before you make the payment.

To be sincere, I was happy with this offer,

so I added my payment card and
subscribed for the offer.

Do you know what happened at the

end? I took advantage of them. This is

15
one of the behaviors that almost everyone
in the Nigeria marketplace has.
But I noticed something recently, even if
you give out your products for free, some
people won't even buy from you.

Do you know why I said this? Because

some people don't trust easily. If you are
not trusted, they won't buy from you, even
if you are giving out your product for free.

2. Customers that have the money but

are not willing to pay: This is also a
common behavior I noticed among the
Nigerian people when I was still working in
a bakery.

I discovered that most of our sellers would

sell the products upfront before going
around in the evening for their money.
After giving their customer the product,

16
the customer would keep on lying to the
seller.
They might tell the seller they haven't
made any sales throughout the day. The
seller has no choice but, do you know
what surprises me? It's that mostly all
these customers won't pay for the product
at the end of the day.

They take advantage of the bread seller,

which is a bad behavior that makes sellers
not supply to them anymore.

3. Customers that want to buy but don't

have the money: Yeah, this is also
something that happens in the Nigerian
marketplace. Many people love your
product and immediately fall in love with it
when it is presented to them.

17
However, they can't afford it. It's a painful
moment. I have also experienced this
myself.
Sometimes when scrolling through
Jumia's online products, I might come
across some books that I really crave but
don't have the money to purchase them.

Randomly, I like books with a price tag of

N5000, but sometimes I come across
books that I can't afford.

So, what should I do? Whenever I have

the money, I will search and buy the
product. That's the main reason why I
wrote this book.

Some people don't have it but want to buy

it or are willing to buy it. So, how can you
sell to these types of people? We will talk
about that later.

18
4. Customers that have the money and
are ready to pay: Customers who have
the money and are ready to pay are the
best type of customers for every business
entrepreneur. However, these types of
customers are low in number. But, you
may not notice that they are everywhere.

Let me tell you, if you present your

product very well to your customers, they
will pay and buy from you at all costs,
even if they don't have the money at the
moment.

They might have to borrow from friends

and family just to buy from you.

How can you make this happen? By

creating a business based on what they
want, not what they need. Let me tell you,
if you don't find a way to sell for people
who don't have the money to buy from
19
you, then you may experience business
bankruptcy.

5. Customers that buy on credit:

Customers who buy on credit see it as a
new method of attracting patrons.
although these is an old method, it has
been modernized to suit customers'
tastes.

Many customers cannot afford to pay in

full but are interested in the business you
offer. To accommodate them,
entrepreneurs can allow installment
payments.

For example, this is common among

students who cannot afford to buy their
dream phone outright. Instead, they can
purchase it from Easy Buy and pay
monthly or weekly.

20
The customer already receives the
product and enjoys it. This is another
buying behavior that customers exhibit in
the Nigerian marketplace: wanting to buy
on credit and pay later.

How to leave your customer with no

choice.

Now, there is a saying that the customer is

king. So, without the customer, who are
you going to sell your product or services
to? Nobody. Fine, that's a good idea.
That's what you will say. So now, how can
you make someone buy from you,
leaving them with no choice but to buy
your product?

My answer is never to charge for free.

Why did I say this? Because everything
you are doing, whether it's a seminar or
webinar, don't do it for free. You get the
21
hall for the seminar, not for free. You pay
the tutors upfront, not for free. The data
you use for the webinar is not for free.
Now, why did you offer your product for
free? It's unfair. As entrepreneurs, you
come up with these ideas.

Why are you selling free things to

people who don't want it? If they want it
no matter how you price your product,
they will buy from you. For example, you
created an ad for a free webinar class on
digital marketing.

Your intention is to gather people, then

when you get a lot of people, then a few
will buy the main product you have to
offer. It's true, it does work, but I can
guarantee you it doesn't work that way
anymore.

22
People out there want free things just to
take advantage of your product or the little
you have to offer. For example, I saw your
Facebook ads online about your forex
trading class. Let me tell you the truth, I
won't message you because that's not
what I wanted in the first place. I didn't
even trust you, maybe you are legit or a
scam.

This is what I experienced in 2023. I ran

an ad about my forex class on Facebook.
Surprisingly, I had a strong message that
shifted my mental perspective.

This ad was priced at N50,000 for the

mentorship class for two months. I even
added a discount to it. The message this
person gave me was, 'How much is it?' I
said N50,000 then he answered, 'I thought
it's free.'

23
I was surprised by the answer. Another
guy said, 'Did you think I will just pay
N50,000 just to anyone I just met online?'
And he blocked me immediately.
Now, what I'm trying to figure out is that
almost everyone wants free things in the
Nigerian marketplace. Why? Because
they want to take advantage of your
product or services.

And in some cases, you will run ads on

mentorship classes and people won't
even attend it. Now, due to our little
experience about buying behavior, how
can we leave our customer with no
choice? I have answered it earlier: never
charge for free. Now, how do you come
about this? The first thing is to build trust.
Let me tell you the truth, if you build trust,
people will buy from you.

24
No matter how much price you give your
product, for example my boss in forex
trading in Nigeria, Habbyforex, has built
trust in the forex industry. Most Nigeria
youth trust him.
Now, whenever he wants to price his
course, he prices it for N300k per month
and tells interested people that he only
has a limited number of slots available
each month.

He has up to 30 or 40 students every

month. Did you notice he doesn't give it
away for free? He sells his course to
people who really want it.

So, the first golden point is to build

trust so as to leave your customers
with no choice.

The second thing is to know your

marketplace. For example, in the eastern
25
part of the country, most people know that
they don't use the Boxer motorcycle. Now,
I am new in the country and I want to start
a motorcycle business in the east.
What advice will you give me? First,
people in the east don't use the Boxer
motorcycle, so on my business plan, I will
cancel selling Boxer motorcycles to the
east and instead focus on the type of
motorcycle they drive in that area.

Now tell me, when I build trust and know

my marketplace, won't I sell? I would.

Like what the CEO of Mitsubishi said.

Africans purchase black vehicles more
than any other continent around the world.

So, when they do their analysis and see

this pattern, they don't make black-colored
cars until Africans order them. It's just a
simple analogy. Now, what happens there
26
is that they know their marketplace and
what their customers want.

The next way to leave a lot of

customers with no choice is to create
offers. Millions of people love free things,
right? So, why don't you create an offer
that sounds free and affordable?

I wanted to buy sachet Milo someday, so I

went to the shop and asked the seller for
Milo. She asked me if it was ordinary Milo
or 3 in 1.

I said she should give me both. When she

brought them, she said the ordinary one is
N120, while the 3 in 1 is N170. Do you
know what I did?

I went for the 3 in 1, even though the

ordinary one is not three times the amount

27
of one sachet, maybe it's twice. Now, add
N120+N120.

That's equivalent to N240, while the 3 in 1

is N170. So, what happened there is that
the offer left me with no choice but to
purchase the 3 in 1 product.

That's the power of an offer because it

leaves every customer you have with no
choice. So, build trust, know your
marketplace, and create offers. I
guarantee your equity curve will
skyrocket.

28
CHAPTER 2
LEARN A SKILL

Learning skills has become increasingly

prevalent among students in educational
systems. Many individuals have taken the
initiative to acquire skills either during their
schooling or after graduation.

While this trend has diminished the pride

associated with obtaining a degree, it is
still considered a favorable idea.

In the current state of the economy, it is

essential to adapt and contribute to the
nation's economic growth.

29
Surprisingly, despite the circumstances,
there are still graduates who lack any
specific skills. Consequently, they spend
endless hours searching for employment
opportunities with little success.

However, if you are still seeking

opportunities, congratulations, as it is
never too late to make a change.

The book will serve as a guide to navigate

the challenging journey, and together we
will achieve success.

Before diving into the quest of learning a

new skill, it is important to assess your
own talents.

Identifying your natural abilities is crucial

because talent quantifies potential,
whereas skills and knowledge measure
past performance.
30
Why is talent so vital? A person with an
inherent talent for a profession can more
easily learn and excel in that particular
field.

There are three steps to consider:

Reflection, Reframing your focus, and
Knowing your strengths.

Reflection involves recognizing the areas

in which you excel, such as hobbies,
interpersonal skills, music, or sports.

To develop your skills, you must shift your

mindset and focus on your strengths
instead.

Reframing your focus entails conducting

a self-assessment to determine which
talents you excel in.

31
By analyzing the data, you can
concentrate and specialize in the talent
that aligns best with your potential.
Lastly, Knowing your strengths does not
guarantee immediate mastery, nor does it
imply that there is no more to learn.

However, your efforts will be maximized

by identifying your strengths and deciding
where to direct your focus.

In my opinion, skills are the hard work and

knowledge you acquire to generate
income. Nowadays, it is a common
practice for individuals intending to start a
profitable business to seek advice on
which ventures can provide daily income
in Nigeria.

Many people are actively searching for

legitimate ways to earn money on a daily

32
basis, often because they are tired of
being under someone else's authority.

There are numerous business

opportunities available in Nigeria that can
provide daily instant cash flow,

both offline and online. It is important to

note that not all businesses guarantee
daily income, but there are still some
lucrative options to consider.

Here, we will focus on the top 5 best

offline daily income businesses in
Nigeria that require low capital
investment.

These businesses are primarily targeted

towards the poor population, as statistics
indicate that nearly 50% of Nigerians live
in poverty.

33
Understanding the spending habits of the
poor is crucial, as it will help us identify
the business opportunities that are most
likely to generate instant cash flow.

1. Food business: Food business is

considered to be one of the most lucrative
ventures in the country.

The reason for prioritizing food business is

simple: food is a basic necessity for all
individuals, regardless of their financial
status.

This means that your target market is

wide and diverse. Additionally, food
business is known for its loyalty and it can
be started with minimal capital.

As a Nigerian graduate, even if you have

just N50000 in your bank account, you
can begin your food business.
34
Alternatively, if you have less, such as
N30000, you can still start small by
investing in a 'palp and akara' business.
With your education background, you can
differentiate yourself from other illiterate
individuals in the business and become a
successful player in your marketplace.

It is important to dress well and maintain a

neat appearance, disregarding any
negative opinions others may have.

I guarantee that your products will sell

well, as good food and good relationships
are what people value. If you don't feel
inclined towards the 'palp' business, you
can consider selling leaf rice and beans.

Don't wait for a large capital to magically

appear; take the initiative to start and I
assure you that you will be successful. By
35
implementing these ideas, you will
undoubtedly be grateful to yourself for
having read this book.

2. Transportation business: The

transportation industry is recognized as
one of the most profitable ventures in
Nigeria.

The continuous movement of people from

one place to another, regardless of their
social status, creates a demand for
reliable transportation services.

This is particularly crucial since there is a

lack of public transport options available,
making life unbearable for those without
means of mobility.

As a result, individuals without access to

personal vehicles are likely to become
your potential customers.
36
Although the initial investment for this
business may be higher compared to food
retail, there are alternative ways to enter
the industry.

For instance, if you possess the

necessary skills, you can seek out a
guarantor and rent a motorcycle or
tricycle.

In fact, I came across an individual online

who dressed professionally and wore his
NYSC shoes while riding a motorcycle.

Although my siblings found it amusing, I

regarded it as a display of greatness and
accomplishment.

Ultimately, only you can determine the

best approach to provide for your family
and meet your financial obligations.

37
I have witnessed numerous individuals
who have not only established successful
transportation businesses but have also
built their own homes as a result.

In Nigeria, it is essential to understand the

dynamics of capitalism and adapt
accordingly. I acknowledge that many
people may not have the funds to
purchase a motorcycle or tricycle and may
also lack a guarantor.

However, an alternative option is to work

for companies on a commission basis,
where some companies may pay you a
daily percentage of your sales.

It is advisable to avoid companies that

offer monthly payments, as this may not
be as beneficial. I personally do not
support this idea, as companies are
frequently in need of reliable drivers.
38
Additionally, I have encountered situations
where I was seeking employment, and
although vacancies were not available,
the employers would inquire whether I had
driving skills.

Unfortunately, I did not possess the ability

to operate motorcycles or vehicles, which
caused me to miss out on certain
opportunities. Therefore, I encourage you
to take advantage of the current
circumstances, as countless individuals
are being laid off or voluntarily leaving
their jobs.

Embrace the chance to secure

employment for yourself and begin your
journey towards financial stability.

By earning money on a daily basis and

setting aside savings, you will be able to
39
distinguish yourself from the impoverished
and achieve long-term prosperity.

3. Recharge card business: Truthfully,

there are ways to recharge and buy
airtime within seconds on your
smartphone. However, not everyone has
access to these services, so that's what
the poor people do. 10% of poor people's
income is spent on credit cards.

So, why don't you take advantage of

that when the country has an almost
50% poverty rate? There you have your
targeted market.

So, why don't you open a card

business today? Print it out in bulk, and
you become a money machine. Even
though you can add another business to it
if you want.

40
4. Soap production business: This is
one of the most underrated businesses.
Everyone will surely buy soap.

Yes, some people won't agree with me;

they will say they really know about the
business. Fine, you are a genius in the
business.

Then I attended a seminar that said we

have millions of people in the country, so
you have to venture into the business to
earn a good profit.

But I won't lie to you, you won't make any

money, because your brand is just starting
and many people already have brands
they really love. So, what can I do now?

That's what will come up in your mind. So,

don't worry, there is a solution to that, and
the answer is, what type of soap do the
41
poor people buy? That's what you will
work on and do the research yourself by
checking and doing a background study
on the type of soap they patronize in your
environment, and the cash is at your front.

As we can see, all these businesses listed

above require minimal skills and low
capital to venture into. Then boom, you
are making money. Now, I'm not a
preacher, but I have a little advice I can
give you.

When you are doing these businesses

listed above and making real cash, the
next thing you can do is save up and
diversify your portfolio.

This will surely save you in the long run.

Take note, it's very important. Now that
you know about business with minimal
skills, there are still thousands of skills out
42
there you can learn to make some
income.

Not on a daily basis, but you will still earn

some money. That's where diversification
of your portfolio comes in.

You can use these skills and monetize

them to give you another source of
income. Reflect, Reframe your focus,
and Know what you are capable of
doing.

The final thing I will say on this topic is to

learn a skill, master it, and the money will
come. Show me your skill, and I will
give you the money.

You know, life is not just about eating

good food and meeting good people.
Being short of money makes people do
bad things.
43
CHAPTER 3
ONLINE JOBS SAVES THE BANK
ACCOUNT

In the previous chapters, we have talked

more about the offline business that
generates instant cash flow.

We also discussed marketplaces and

skills learning. Learning these points will
also be useful in this main chapter.

So if we are talking about online business,

also known as electronic business or
e-business, it is any kind of business or
commercial transaction that includes
sharing information across the internet.

From the mid-nineties, major

advancements were made in the
commercial use of the internet.

44
Amazon was launched in 1995 and
started as an online bookstore. It grew to
become the largest retailer worldwide.

Other successful stories of online

marketplaces include eBay or Etsy. The
transition from the offline model to the
online business model has made many
organizations and individuals more
successful on the online marketplace,
making millions of dollars.

So what makes online business more

successful than offline business? An
online business is a business that can
reach the rest of the world by leveraging
the unlimited power of the internet.

It can open doors to a completely new

segment and promote your products at a
minimum cost. Many graduates are
always looking for different ways to make
45
money online, not just in Nigeria but
throughout the world.

No one is willing to do a 9-5 job anymore.

The more technology advances, the lazier
people get.

We all want to make money from the

comforts of our homes. Technology has
solved many problems that have hindered
the online business marketplace. So there
is no time to worry anymore.

So how can you start an online

business? My answer is to monetize the
skills that you have. In the previous
chapters, I mentioned the advantages of
learning a skill and said, 'Show me your
skill and I will give you the money.' So,
what are the online skills required to start
an online business? But note that these
skills are not just for online business, but
46
also for online jobs. In the online space,
there are thousands of skills to learn and
generate income, but I will be talking
about a few ones that will generate high
income for Nigerian graduates.

Now these are the tested and proven

sources I have experienced with and can
also help you in the long run.

1. Online coaching
2. Freelancing
3. E-commerce Business

1. Online coaching:Online coaching jobs

are a lucrative career option that many
graduates are unaware of. It can provide a
high income and even boost your
popularity among certain groups of
people.

47
I have personally found it to be a reliable
source of income, in addition to my other
businesses. I am a forex trader but I don't
rely solely on trading for income.

I applied for an online coaching service

and was offered a job teaching students
from around the world. I wanted to share
this idea because many graduates with
good results often complain about the lack
of job opportunities.

Instead of saying that, it's better to explore

other avenues. I get paid $20-$30 per
hour for teaching, and I have fixed classes
four times a week at my convenience.

If you calculate it, I make up to $120 per

week, which is equivalent to N120,000.
It's a great job that many graduates are
unaware of. Now that you know, you can
take advantage of this opportunity.
48
If you want to apply, I recommend the
TEACHERON platform for you. Try it and
become financially independent. These
are the job I do get and I have been
making money.

49
2. Freelancing: Whenever I come across
the word 'freelancing', it makes me happy
because it makes you an independent
contractor who earns wages on a per-job
or per-task basis.

Freelancing includes the freedom to work

from home or from a non-traditional
workspace. Due to my recent research, I
discovered that mostly all undergraduates
divert their attention to this area of skill.

You see many students learning

copywriting and many other types of
freelancing skills just to earn some
income. But let me tell you, they still don't
make money.

They are still broke. Why did I say that?

Because they don't know the right thing to
do or that's their only source of income,
which is a bad idea.
50
Freelancing work doesn't come
consistently; it comes once in a while.
Now there is high demand for freelancing
skills that can help you earn a steady
income as a freelancer. Normally, I don't
do freelancing, but my friends are making
real money from it.

Now these are Top 4 skills to learn with

high income cash flow in freelancing.

1. Web development
2. Graphic designing
3. Content writing
4. Translation

1. Web development: There is a hotcake

freelancing work out there that you can
learn to earn income for yourself and your
family.

51
Most businesses require a website and a
web application to help increase their
reach, so web development is a highly
coveted skill among freelancers.

So if you have already learned these

skills, congratulations! You are already on
the money and make sure you work on
your portfolio to get more clients.

2. Graphic design: Due to my view on

graphic design, it will always be highly in
demand. It is work that won't go extinct
until the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Most businesses require video designs,

graphics, and other creative work for their
websites, social media posts, and other
communication channels. Companies
often look for freelance graphic designers
with a proven portfolio of their work for
such jobs.
52
3. Content writing: Content writing is not
an easy type of freelancing work, my
friends. Those who venture into this type
of work stress themselves a lot by
overthinking before formulating content for
their businesses, be it on social media or
their websites.

However, content writing works as a great

freelancing skill that I can guarantee will
generate a high income cashflow.

4. Translation: These are what I

experienced myself back in school. I had
one of my friends, Tayo. He is working at
an airport now and can speak up to 4
languages. So back then, we used to
make fun of him, but he took this skill so
seriously that we underrated him.

53
The airport where he is working now
needed an urgent German translator, so
he applied and now he is a big man.

He makes money from the skills he

understands and doesn't joke with it. The
significance of translation in our daily lives
is extremely multidimensional.

Not only does translation pave the way

forward for global interaction, but it also
allows nations to forge interactive
relationships when it comes to making
advancements, politics, etc.

So if you love translation, you can learn

different languages and make money
online; you will make huge money from it.
It's also a skill that will remain high in
demand forever.

54
3. E-commerce Business: E-commerce
business : When talking about
e-commerce business, it talks about
buying and selling goods and services
over the internet.

It operates in several market segments,

including business to business, business
to consumer, consumer to consumer, and
consumer to business.

E-commerce is also a lucrative job you

can invest in, but note, before you venture
into this business, follow the rules we
mentioned in chapters one and two to
stand out from others, as this business is
common among undergraduates.

E-commerce is a little risky, though, but if

you have the mindset to invest in it, you
can also make a huge amount of money
from it and be okay for the time being.
55
Now that we have known the online
businesses or jobs that can earn you a
high income, I will advise you not to
depend only on online businesses or jobs.
You can add offline jobs to it and together
you can make money.

Online businesses or jobs only save your

bank account and do bring consistent
money. So if you rely too much on it, it will
affect you. It is better to combine the
offline and online businesses together.

I guarantee that you will be financially

free. Warren Buffett said that if salary is
your only source of income, you are one
step away from poverty.

So be wise and don't put all your eggs in

one basket. Make sure you have more

56
than one source of income that generates
cash flow into your bank account.

57
CHAPTER 4
DIRTY WORK PAYS

Dirty work pays. Since the beginning of

the book, we have been talking about
high-income businesses with instant cash
flow.

But you might be wondering where to get

the money to start the business. Earlier in
the previous chapters, I mentioned that all
the listed businesses are low-capital
businesses.

That's true. However, let's not deceive

ourselves. Even though it's not easy to get
the capital for these businesses, it's the
truth. So, starting where you are and
doing what you have to do is important in
order to do what you want to do.

58
This also happened to me in my early
days when I was in 100-level. To be
precise, I sat on my bed doing nothing on
a day when there were no classes.

I continued thinking about what I would do

after school, how I would make my family
proud. These thoughts gave me a little bit
of happiness and I was excited. I thought
that after school, I could work in NNPC or
SHELL company, which were listed.

So, I let those thoughts go and focused on

studying, thinking everything would be
okay after graduation. But that's not what
life threw at me later on.

When I reached 300-level, I had no work

and no source of income except for the
little I received from my parents. I had to
go for my industrial training. During the
industrial training, we were taught many
59
things about water survey and borehole
drilling processes.

One day, I asked my boss why he wasn't

working at oil companies. He laughed,
looked at me, and whispered, 'Shey na
your papa build the company?' I was
like, 'What does this man mean?' At
that time, I thought I knew everything, but
meeting him made me realize that wasn't
true. So, I asked him again, 'Sir, what can
I do?' He gently asked me to show him
my skill and he would give me the
money.

I was shocked by what he said and I

thanked him very much for his words of
advice. When I got home, I sat down and
thought about what he said: 'Show me
your skill and I will pay you.'

60
That word was bothering me, and I
concluded that all is well. But at that time,
I was ignoring something I already had,
and that was the skill I had back then.

I was a master baker. I baked bread with

the skills I learned for almost 3 years
before becoming perfect in the area.

However, I didn't discover that with these

skills, I wouldn't feel hungry or short of
cash anymore. This idea glanced through
my head like a shooting star and I was
surprised.

So, I said to myself, 'Here, the money

comes!' Hence, I informed my friend
because I was doing my IT in Akure at the
time. I didn't know much about Akure
because I was staying at his family's
house.

61
So, I told him I wanted to go and look for
work. He asked me what type of work,
and I told him, 'Bread work, of course.'

That day, I went out and looked for work. I

found one where they urgently needed a
baker, and I started work the second day.

The work was night work, so I had no

choice but to do the work along with my
industrial training exercise.

Honestly, I can't lie to you, it was not easy

for me. Sometimes, when I got to the IT
training, I would fall asleep, and
sometimes I wouldn't follow the survey
like before.

However, there was one thing that made

me really happy: I was financially stable. I
didn't even ask friends for money
anymore.
62
I was independent, and I wasn't relying on
someone else for my daily meals
anymore. I was really happy.

The Bible says, 'Without dreams and

vision, we perish.' This was the main
verse that stood by me the day my boss
told me, 'Show me your skills and I will
pay for your service.

' So, ask yourself right now, what talent

do I have? What skill have I learned or
acquired? Ask yourself again and
repeat it three or four times. I am very
sure your brain will tell you something.
Why? Because you underwent the test,
and you will be like, 'Wow, this is who I
am!' You will now discover what you are
capable of.

63
You will be surprisingly shocked when you
come up with something. Act on it
immediately. So, let's divert to some
things graduates are lacking.

You will be in haste to hear what I want to

say, right? But let me tell you, not
everyone has the skills.

There are some people who don't learn

any skills at all, even when they're at
home with their parents. Yes, I am 100%
right. Some aren't allowed to learn
anything.

Their main focus is just to go to school,

study, make their parents proud with their
results, and get a nice job. But, if I ask you
where you are working now, most
people's answer will be, 'I am not even
doing my dream work.

64
After your NYSC service, you are still
staying at your parents' house, and they
will be feeding you. That isn't maturity.
Maturity means taking responsibility.

Most people don't know this, and it's a

trap for you. If you don't know your
parents won't tell you directly, but if you
are in your right senses, you will know.
These topics have given us answers on
how to make money to start a business.

My genuine answer is to try dirty work.

You may feel like dirty work is how, and
you may say this book is rubbish. No,
don't leave yet. Give yourself some
minutes to read further. Through all my
write-up in this book, I am talking from
experience, not just composing nonsense
and selling it out to joke with.

65
These experiences are from a lot of
experience I have had. Now let's look into
these from the background checking.

I have with me the data analysis that 40%

of high instant cashflow jobs in Nigeria's
economy (I don't know about other
countries) are from dirty works.

You may be asking yourself why. It's

because white-collar jobs don't pay like
dirty works or jobs. I know you will want to
argue with me, but let me tell you the main
reason I am writing this book.

It's because of the poverty rate in the

country and how to eradicate it with my
little insight about the economy. Think
about it yourself. If civil servants don't
get paid and don't buy from the local
market, then how will the poor people
sell their goods and products too?
66
How would they also make money? It
will be difficult for them to make money
too. I am trying my best with the little idea
I have to let money flow to these people
too by also encouraging educated people
to get self-employment.

Now you will shake your head and say

that this is really true. But why do dirty
works pay? It's because people are
reluctant to dirty and difficult works.

That's the main reason behind it, and this

is applicable to all human beings on the
Earth's surface, both the poor and the
rich. If you don't know, I can see you have
grabbed this idea as part of you.

Everybody hates dirty and difficult work.

That's why I said dirty works pay. And
what is our targeted market in this
book? They are the poor people.
67
So how can we, educated people, make
money from them? By doing dirty work
and difficult work for them without
hesitating. And before you know it, you
are a millionaire boom. You can clap for
me now.

However, you now know why dirty work

pays. Then you will want to know the dirty
work that you can do that doesn't stain
your dignity.

Fine, I understand you more than yourself

in this aspect because I was once in the
trap. Now, before I give the answer to the
question you ask me in your mind, you
have to undergo some tasks before you
start the race.

You can't just jump into a conclusion. That

will really make you win the race.

68
If successful and unsuccessful people
share the same goals, then the goal
cannot be what differentiates them. What
differentiates them is their system.

Everyone wants to become a millionaire,

right? Including the poor people. That's
why you will see some poor parents
struggling to send their children to higher
institutions to make them proud.

But what a shame, we graduated and

have no job. Some will still have the guts
to go home again and sit with their
parents to ask for their daily food. What a
pity, it's a bad attitude.

Stop it, take a step, and you will see you

have achieved something in life. Every
beginner is a winner, and beginning is
half done. So, my brothers and sisters,
start now.
69
The time is now. Some will say, 'What
should I do now? I don't know where to
go.' That's what is in the mind of all
Nigeria graduates as I'm speaking.

Even me too, I am scared of saying, 'What

should I do or where should I go?' Now
there's a strong rock blocking your way to
success. So what is the first step to
take?

1. Set yourself a goal and focus on how

you will achieve it. Setting a goal serves
as the first step. You have already taken
that step.

2. Ask yourself what motivates you. In

the global world, there are many things
that motivate people. We are different
from each other. What motivates me might
be different from what motivates you.

70
So we have different motivating spirits.
Ask yourself what motivates you.

When you arrive at the answer, then

peacefully, you can say glory be to God.

But to me and with my own study, the

greatest motivation is the family and the
holy books (holy bible and holy quran).
They serve as a guide to our
achievements in life.

They stood with us when we are down. So

take some time to check on your family
maybe once in a while and go through
your holy book to guide you through your
tough ways.

You have set a goal and you already know

what motivates you.

71
So, these are the list of dirty works that
will make you instant cash flow without
you having learned skills:

1. Sales of firewood: You don't need to

stress yourself that much before you start
this work. You can make sure you look for
people who you can supply the woods to.

For example, some restaurants can be

your consistent customers and you are
good to go. And make sure you don't
mess them up and also be reliable.

I guarantee you that you will make daily

income to start your own business.

2. Working at a car wash: We talked

about the sales of firewood in the previous
point, but some car washes are not
located near villages.

72
However, car washes are everywhere, so
you can find work there and earn a daily
income. Some people might think that all
car washes already have workers, and
that's true. However, they won't call you if
they need workers.

So, get up and actively search for job

opportunities. That's how you can find
one. Try this idea, and you will appreciate
it.

3. Working at a dry cleaners shop: Dry

cleaning work has been one of the highest
paid dirty jobs I have noticed in Nigeria.
It's true that many people are lazy and
unwilling to do dirty work, and this applies
to you and me as well. So, take
advantage of this opportunity. I'm sure you
will earn a daily income too.

73
4. Work at a block industry: Block
industries are everywhere, and they need
workers. However, they won't come and
call you at home. So, look for a block
industry that works every day.

Normally, the work is hard. But did you

know that rich people also work? And they
don't joke with their time either. We are
giving the same time every day, but they
are still getting richer because they don't
waste their time. So take a step and act
on it!

5. Work at a palm oil depot. This is a

high-income job and you can generate a
lot of money from it. You can make up to
N5000 daily, which is a high income for
you. If you save N3500 daily, you are
good to go when it comes to getting
capital for the business you are interested
in.
74
So, do something and start a business.
You will forget what the economy is all
about.

6. work at a garri factory: Most people

who live in the village understand this
work very well. Don't be shy, just observe
and take action on something reasonable.
Let me tell you, no one cares about what
everyone wants.

All they care about is you providing food

for the table. They don't even care about
the type of work you are doing, whether
it's legal or illegal. No one cares. Just start
working.

All of these jobs listed above will serve as

a source of income for the meantime. The
main thing to do is to save, save, save.
Continuously saving is the only way out.
Save consistently.
75
Maybe you are working and earning
N2000 per day. You might be saving
N1000 daily, which is N7000 in a week
and N28000 in a month. In a year, it
compounds to N336000.

That's a nice income for you. Maybe after

your graduation, some still think of saving
their NYSC allowance and saving what
you earn from your dirty jobs.

Then you already have your capital,

business idea, talent, and possibly skills.
Then boom, you are into money. Money
doesn't grow, it compounds.

That's why I love this man, Warren Buffett.

He said impatient people are attracted
to money while money is attracted to
patient people. So just know, today
something just takes time. It's true that
money won't just come from anywhere. It
76
comes from the effort you put in. But as a
graduate, know that these types of work
can make you get embarrassed.

Fine, that's where I'm going. Nobody

cares. Successful investing takes time,
discipline, and patience. Now look at all
the top companies out there.

Most have been in existence since the

1950s. Now, did you want to compare
yourself with them when you are just
starting? So start from somewhere, and
the sky is your limit.

No matter how great the talent or effort,

some things just take time. You can't
produce a baby in one month by
getting nine women pregnant.

77
What a psychological fact! So how do you
chase fear away from you when you
already know that 90% of businesses fail?
The only answer to it is to measure
your success by how many people
trust you. That's the main idea I will be
discussing in the next chapter, the Trust
Trap."

78
CHAPTER 5
TRUST TRAP

What is the definition of a trust trap? In

my own understanding, it refers to using
psychological tactics or strategies to gain
trust from customers.

This is the most important aspect we have

been discussing since the beginning of
the book. We know the business, we
know the marketplace, we have the
necessary skills, and we also have the
capital to start the business.

However, when can we start implementing

these procedures? We cannot sell our
products if we don't attract the trust of our
customers, whether it's an offline or online
business.

79
Some people may think this only applies
to offline businesses, but trust is important
in any marketplace. It is a valuable skill
that we must learn on our own.

Without trust from our customers, we

cannot make any sales. So, what can I
do to learn how to create trust among
my customers?

Now I think some will think I like Ronaldo

more than Messi, or I like Messi more
than Ronaldo. It's fine, stop arguing. I
know you are either a fan of Ronaldo or
Messi, yeah, that's right.

But to me, both of them are great players

and I like both of them.

Now, how can you become different in

your marketplace? My genuine answer
is to do what your competitors don't do
80
Let me tell you a story about becoming
different that I experienced myself. When I
was in the 300 level, I was working at my
brother's dry cleaner shop.

So, I discovered something that most

people in the environment don't take
seriously and I think it also attracts more
customers to his shop.

I know some people will be thinking, 'What

is he doing that makes his business
special?' Especially those that have dry
cleaner shops and are willing to grab
some knowledge from this book.

He does something most people don't do.

That is, whenever we are done washing
and ironing the clothes, he usually applies
perfumes to the clothes before packaging
them.

81
This was a great thing I discovered my
brother is using to take other people's
customers away with just the perfume
spray before packaging.

Ok, let's look at it this way because some

people will be saying it's a lie. Now, most
people don't use perfume, am I right? Yes,

I am 60% sure Nigerians don't use

perfume. It's not that they don't have
money to afford it, but most people don't
have time. Ok, now, these 60% of people
have been patronizing a dry cleaner shop
before, and one day a customer was
heading to a shop close to our shop to
drop his dirty clothes.

Surprisingly, the owner of the shop is not

around and the customer was not pleased
with that.

82
So he asked around to check for the next
available shop to run the service for him.
That's where information comes in.

When he gets to my brother's shop and

drops his clothes, we discuss the price,
then he agrees with the price.

He says he wants his clothes before the

evening. So during the evening time, he
comes around for his clothes and thanks
us for the service.

Surprisingly, the guy doesn't use perfume.

So when he gets home, he baths and gets
ready for a party he is going to attend.

When he was unpacking his clothes, he

encountered a pleasant scent that even
made him smile.

83
The next thing he said was, 'Wow, this is
nice.' He will be happy to go out for the
day. Now let me ask you this question:
next time he wants to wash his clothes,
where would he come for the service?
The answer: our shop.

Why? Because we add something

different other people don't do. Now sit
down and think, how can I become
different?

Number two is Information: As I was

saying earlier, the guy that came to the
store when the owner of the shop he
patronizes wasn't around asked for
information about the nearest dry
cleaners.

Now, many of us, including me when I

didn't have the idea, didn't take note of
these main points.
84
Many don't know that information is very
powerful. It's the second pillar of trust.
Without information about your business,
you don't have a business.

You might think I'm lying, but that's not the

case. Many graduates have shops without
signboards or signposts, and this is a bad
idea we have to eradicate from our lives.

A business enterprise with a big billboard,

now tell me, why wouldn't customers
patronize your business? The guy we are
talking about, now when he gets to the
party and his friends look at him, the first
thing that they will say is, 'You look good
and smell nice.

' He will be shocked again. Wow, this is

really true. The dry cleaner has done well
for me.

85
You know why he said that? People want
results, not just any results, but good
ones. With how surprised this guy is, now
he will inform his friends about your
business.

He will tell them more about you. What is

he doing? He is spreading information
about you to his friends. Now, what
happens? You have more customers.

Just one day, you have two or more

customers for your business. But for those
who don't have specific information about
their business, like having a signpost or
signboard, they will lose the guy's friends,
who could have been potential customers.

You might ask me why. Because when he

is trying to find your shop and doesn't find
it, he might luckily find another dry
cleaners shop close to your area, and the
86
customer is gone forever. Now, there's
something that can save you from this.
Some of you might say, 'Oh, I lost a
customer.

' But there is only one way you can never

lose these customers, and that's how nice
you are to the people around you. Are
you kind to them? Are you caring?
They trust you. If yes, then you can't lose
the customer, because they will direct the
customer directly to you whenever he
comes around to ask about you.

Now, what am I figuring out? People

around you are your information, so take
note of that. Without them, you are
nothing in the business. Why did I say
that? Because they are the first people
that trusted you.

87
Like my brother, whenever he turns on his
generator, all the people around come to
charge their phones. So what will you
do? Allow them to charge, and then
you gain more trust."

Connection creates trust. Connection

means to interact and connect. It is the
third pillar of trust.

This method has helped me in the long

run, and I am very happy to introduce it to
you as well. Now, how does connection
create trust? There is a common axiom
that states 'customers are always right.'
You may say 'yes, I already know it' or 'no,
you are not' when connecting to your
customers.

The first thing they do is test you, which is

what all customers do.

88
No customer is nice, including yourself.
Whenever you want to buy anything, you
are not nice either.

This applies to everyone, including me.

Why do I say so? It's because every
human being wants the best service.

I was watching a movie last year in 2023.

The title of the movie is 'Strongest
Delivery Man.' I learned a lot from this
movie, especially their motto, which is 'Be
nice.' Are you nice in your business?
Some entrepreneurs aren't nice at all;
they are always rude to the customer, and
that isn't right.

Do you know what your customer goes

through before getting to your shop to
purchase something? They have gone
through the first and second pillars of trust
and have shown total interest in you.
89
And now, you mess up at the third pillar.
When your customer comes to your shop
to purchase, they intend to come back the
next time to buy from you.

So, maybe you are rude to your customer,

and they buy from you successfully. Do
you think they will come back the next
time? No, they won't even bother to
patronize you anymore, including online
businesses.

So, what can you do to create trust

through connection? The answer is to
be nice. Just be nice.

There was a day I went for Sunday

morning mass, and our reverend father
said something that shocked me. He said,
'Not all customers that patronize you
are human beings; some are just at

90
your shop to test your loyalty and
kindness.'

This even happens in reality. Ask

yourself, how can I be nice? But my
own answer is to smile, even if your
customer slaps you or beats you for no
reason. Smile. I promise customers will
always come back to you because the
customer that slaps you will be shocked
that you didn't do anything to him or her.

They will buy from you and refer you to

many people for your business. Why does
this happen? It's because you are nice.
Always be nice. It also creates trust.

Family and friends: Family and friends

are the greatest pillars of trust I have ever
encountered. You might be wondering
why I say that.

91
Family is your blood, and you are related
to them by blood. So, whether you are a
good or bad person, they will always trust
you. Do you know why? Because they
know you will deliver by helping the family.

Family is the main source of trust;

there is no other medium attached to
creating trust anymore.

They are the trust, and you have to

capitalize on that. Now, do family serve as
the greatest pillars of trust because you
are loved unconditionally?

They will always stand by you, whether

your business is growing or collapsing.
Why? Because they trusted you.

Now, how can you capitalize on that?

Inform your family members about your
business, let them know about it.
92
You know why? They have the customers
at hand.

They will introduce your business to their

friends, and their friends will introduce it to
their friends as well.

Then your business will grow larger

through the influence of your family. Many
people don't know about this idea.

This idea will serve as a jackpot if you try

it. Give it a try, and you will thank me later.
Friends, when talking about friends, they
are the road to greatness.

Wiz Khalifa said, 'Keep friends who help

you save, not who help you spend.'
That's pure truth. Look at yourself right
now and ask yourself how many friends
do I have that help me save money and
don't spend it?
93
You will see that the glory of God has
already shone upon your life. At the
moment you sit down and backtest these
rules, you will see that you only have a
few trusted friends.

But that doesn't mean you should run

away from other friends of yours. After
undergoing this test, ask yourself how
many true friends do I have? As for me, I
only have 13, and I work on these 13
friends to get customers from them.

Now, if you have a business and don't

have many sales, inform your family and
friends about it.

I guarantee you, your sales will

skyrocket."Religious assemblies also
serve as a way to gain trust from
customers.

94
Thousands of university graduates in
Nigeria struggle to make money in the
marketplace without stress.

One day, while sitting in church before the

mass started, I observed people coming
in. As a Catholic church attendee and a
dry cleaning shop owner, the idea came to
me.

There were almost 600 people in the

church, and I thought if I could get 20 of
them as regular customers, it would be
great.

So, I decided to print 1,000 business

cards and distribute them to people at the
church. The first 50 people who
patronized me the next day were church
members, and that week became my
highest sales week in 2023.

95
Church members trusted me as their
fellow member and believed I would
provide good service.

This idea also applies to Muslim people.

Ask yourself, now that you know what to
do, carry on with this process and you will
never be the same.

Let me tell you another thing - many

people are reading this book and trying
these ideas. If it's not working for them,
you can be different by offering home
delivery and discounted offers.
Remember, always be the first in your
marketplace.

CHAPTER 6
MONEY MANAGEMENT

Money management is another factor

you need to take into consideration. It is a
skill that many people underestimate in
the finance world.

We often talk about how to make money,

but now that we are making money, we
need to focus on how to manage it.

As Morgan Housel said, capitalism is

hard. Part of the reason for this is that
making money and keeping money are
two different skills.

Earning money requires taking risks,

being optimistic, and putting yourself out
there.

97
On the other hand, keeping money
requires the opposite: humility and the
fear that what you've made can be taken
away quickly.

It requires frugality and accepting that luck

plays a role in your success. Past success
cannot be relied upon indefinitely.

Many graduates who are making money

may later face problems or bankruptcy,
leading them to question how this
happened.

Some may even contemplate suicide due

to the hardships they face. I hope you
already know that 90% of businesses fail,
so it's natural to be afraid of what lies
ahead.

For example, there is a man in my village

with an 11-hectare cocoa farm.
98
He is very wealthy and well-known in the
village. However, something shocking
happened to him: his entire cocoa farm
was destroyed by fire, leaving him with
nothing. This tragic event was a shock to
all of us.

So what can you do to solve money

management problems? My answer to
this question is to accept the risk.

While many may not agree with me, those

of us who have worked for years and
invested our time in a business
understand that sometimes unexpected
events can occur, such as a fire
destroying everything we have worked for.

It will serve as a severe pain in our hearts

that we can't forget for the rest of our
lives.

99
But the only way out is to accept the risk
you're taking before venturing into the
business.

At first, I know some of you will be shaking

by now. Is this true? Yes, it's a bitter truth.
Now, what's the way out? But as far as
you're reading this book, you have a way
out of this problem,

which I called diversification of your

portfolio. What do I mean by
diversifying your portfolio? It means
don't invest in just one business.

Make sure you have 2 to 3 businesses

you are running or investing in. That's the
only way for you to be safe and secure.

100
I know you will say it's not possible for a
person who just started, but it's also
possible if you can remember what I said
earlier: successful investing takes time.

So, for you beginners in business and

also the pros, take this advice seriously.
For example, if you have 5 million naira to
start a business, fine.

You have the money, but the only thing

that will save you is not to invest all the
money in just one business.

You can split the money into 2 or 3 and

invest it in businesses you understand
vividly. Talking about diversification of
portfolio, some might be proving me
wrong, but I have proof for you.

101
That's from the Holy Bible in Ecclesiastes
11:2. It says, 'Diversify thy portfolio
because we don't know the danger
coming ahead.'

So, the only thing I will say to this is if you

really know the misfortune that is coming
your way and you know how to handle it
when it comes your way, then don't take
this advice seriously. It's not for you.

Now, we know how to manage our money

before investing it in a business. So,
what's next? My answer is to save.

This is one of the greatest advice I will

give you: save. If you don't know how,
read this book 'The Richest Man in
Babylon'. It will help you in your business.
In the book, the author talks about the
rules of money.

102
In which the first rule is to pay yourself
first, which means after you earn any
money, save some part of it.

Nobody knows what's coming ahead of

us, so save, save, save. That's what will
always differentiate the rich from the poor.
You will ask me why?

Because the rich save money before they

spend, and the poor spend before they
save.

What a simple shift of rules, and it

changes some people's lives forever. I
know this has served as a greater weapon
you have to hold onto anywhere you are
going, and with your holy scriptures, don't
forget it because it will always guide you
through.

103
Conclusion.

Entrepreneurs own the economy. We

strive hard to make the economy
predictable and stable, but this mindset
wasn't discovered by most of us,
especially the educated who studied other
courses different from finance. I studied
geophysics in school and am also into
business.

What a strong mindset to step life ahead

towards financial freedom! I know it's not
easy, but you don't just have to give up on
this journey.

So, getting and reading these books will

serve as stepping stones to the next level
in life. The greatest investment in life is
to invest in yourself.

104
I didn't just inherit the ideas these book, I
gathered the experience I had from real
life and also from books.

If you want to be ahead of your mates and

colleagues, read books, especially books
about business and you will see your life
will change forever. Thank you all for
reading these books and I wish you
success in your business journey.
