Goal: Definitoin of the individual and team champions for the age groups and adults

Cheit referee: Krepsz János international categorie "A" judge.

Referees by Hungarian JKA Karate Association invited referees and referees of the participating countries.

Events: Female and Male Kata and Kumite, Female and Male Team Kata and Kumite

Protest Right after the questioned event by the chief judge with paying of 30 Euro protest fee

Tickets: Max. 4 coaches can participate for each team at the competition

Competitors entered in the "3rd Hungarian JKA Karate Open" cannot compete in the "New Generation Cup"! II.-III. places medal, certificate
Everyone can only compete in their own category, except for the Super Cup! IV. place certificate

Ippon Shobu Kumite: White seiken protector. White or transparent teethprotector. 8 x 8 meter 1 event 20,00 €
By girls up to 15 years (age group7) using of body or chest protector is obligatory! 4 pieces 2 events 30,00 €
For girls from 16 years is using of a chest protector obligatory! Team event 40,00 €
Boys can use body protector in Ippon Shobu kumite under 18 years!
Use of other protective equipment is PROHIBITED! Using your own red belt is mandatory!

There is no team event.
Competitors entered in the "3. Hungarian JKA Karate Open" can't participate in the "New Generation Cup".

KATA: Only JKA Shotokan Kata can be performed, according to the JKA standard.
Up to the semi final with 8 people KATA is organized in flag / elimination mode system, by 8 competitors (semi final and 5-8
competitors in the event) 2 round point system, by 2-4 competitors 1 round point system.
The kata performed in the final can't be the same as the kata of the semi final. Except: age groups 1-3.

KUMITE: Elimination mode, without repechages, two third place finishers.

In the 3rd age groupis the entry in 2 Kumite events possible (Kihon Ippon and Ippon Shobu)!
By 3 or 4 competitors are the Kihon Ippon Kumite and Ippon Shobu Kumite evetns in round robin system organised,
The winner must be defined in each matches.
Ippon Shobu kumite: Main match time according to the age group. Extension time: 1 minute Encho sen
(sakidori shobu).

Extension: "Encho sen (sakidori shobu)" to the first point.

The competitors take the penalties from the main match with them into the extension!

Protective equipment: The protective equipment must comply with the JKA Rules and the Hungarian Ippon Shobu Ruleb

For girls in Ippon Shobu Kumite the wearing of a body protector or chest protector is MANDATORY!
For boys is the wearing of body protector in Ippon Shobu kumite allowed!
The wearing of not allowed protective equipment has the consequence of immediate disqualification!
