Aim: To detect the presence of acidic radical and basic radical in the given salt sample. (______)

1. Physical Appearance
i) Colour White Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Fe2+,
Fe3+, Mn2+, Cr3+ absent.
ii) Odour Vinegar like smell may be CH3COO –
Ammoniacal smell may be NH4+
