 DRS - (Proof of Delivery) Request to be submitted within 15 Days.
 Payment terms within 20 days from the date of our bill/invoice submission.
 If for any reason your shipment is returned after it has arrived at the destination, you will have to pay for that shipment.

INVOICE: Monthly.
PROOF OF DELIVERY: We would like to inform you that the submission of Proof of Deliveries (Pod’s) with the bills is not a pre-
requisite requirement; therefore, monthly bills cannot await the Pod’s for clearance of payment. In case of any particular consignment
where the doubt of receipt arises can be specifically dealt on priority.
MODE OF PAYMENT: You will be billed once at the end of every Calendar Month & we request you to release our payment within
30 days from the receipt of bill- Otherwise 5% will be charged late payment fee extra on the bill.
Passport: There is only 5 Passports on allow one PRIME TRACK & DTDC Plus shipper.
