1 Remove the main seat and the passen-
ger seat.
2 Remove the fuel tank cover.
3 Lift the fuel tank up or remove.
4 Unbolt the airbox from the throttle

be totally removed to install PCIII.
5 Mount the PCIII in the tail section
using the supplied velcro (Fig. A)
6 Route the PCIII harness down the left
side of the bike.

7 Unplug the stock wiring harness from


each of the LOWER injectors
(Fig. B).

The lower injectors are located on the


throttle bodies.

Unplug harness

8 Connect the PCIII in-line of the stock

With the air box moved out of the
way you can access the Throttle
Position Sensor.

9 Unplug the stock TPS from the right


hand side of the throttle body (Fig. D)

10 Plug the PCIII harness in-line of the

11 Attach the gound wire from the PCIII


to the negative side of the battery
Ground wire from PCIII (Fig. F).

12 Reinstall the air box and fuel tank.


Make sure the tank does not pinch the
PCIII wiring harness.
