The Geological Survey of India (GSI) and Capacity Building Commission (CBC) have
collaborated and curated an Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP) that has identified specific
training plans for each designation.
For the successful implementation of ACBP in GSI and to initiate the training for the year
2025, the Capacity Building Unit (CBU) of GSI has proposed iGOT/learning hour Courses to be
attended by GSI employees during Q-1 (January to March, 2025), Q-2 (April to June, 2025) Q-3 (July
to September, 2025) and Q-4 (October to December, 2025).
In this regard, it is informed that: 1. All Controlling Officers may ensure 100% registration of
Officers and Staff in iGOT Portal (www.igotkarmayogi.gov.in), 2. Ensure at least 50 hours of training
or learning in a calendar year by each official. 3. Each official should dedicate at least 1 hour of
learning per week to iGOT Courses.
