Rental Employment Agreement

1. Engagement

The Employer hereby engages the Employee on a rental hourly basis to provide services as
[Job Title or Description] for the company. This is not a permanent employment relationship
but a rental/hourly contractual engagement.

2. Work Hours & Compensation

 The Employee will be paid at the rate of [SAR 35] per hour.

 Working hours should be 10 hours per day and 6 days a week, for any extra working
hours it will be paid at the same hourly rate.

 Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after the submission of the
timesheet for that work period.

3. Term and Termination

 This agreement is ongoing but may be terminated by either party with a 30-day
written notice.

 If the Employee terminates the agreement without serving the full 30-day notice, a
penalty will apply, calculated as:
o Deduction of 30 days.

o This is to cover the cost of disruption and replacement sourcing.

4. Confidentiality

The Employee shall maintain confidentiality of all business information and shall not
disclose any company details to third parties during or after the term of this agreement.

5. Independent Contractor

This contract does not constitute an employment relationship. The Employee is an


independent contractor and is responsible for their own documents, insurance, and legal
obligations.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
