Job Description Summary:
/ We are seeking an experienced and proactive Global IT
Responsibilities Compliance and Strategy Manager to lead the
development, implementation, and enforcement of IT
compliance programs across our global operations. The
ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data
protection and privacy laws in the US, UK, Netherlands,
Canada, Singapore, and India, along with hands-on
expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and HP laptop
environments. This role involves cross-functional
collaboration to ensure effective asset governance,
information security, and policy alignment across
jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage global IT compliance strategy
aligning with business and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and apply data protection laws including
GDPR (UK/NL), HIPAA (US), CCPA (US), PIPEDA
(Canada), PDPA (Singapore), and DPDP (India).
• Lead Microsoft 365 compliance configuration including
DLP, MFA, and access policies via Microsoft Entra and
Purview.
• Own and manage IT asset lifecycle governance for HP
laptops and endpoint devices globally using tools like
Intune and Autopilot.
• Define, update, and enforce global IT and Infosec
policies across all business units.
• Coordinate and execute internal audits, external
compliance assessments, and vendor security
evaluations.
• Monitor and remediate compliance gaps, manage risk
registers, and report status to leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Security, and Procurement
for global policy rollout and training.

Educational • Bachelor's or Master’s in IT, Information Security, or
Qualification related field.
• 5–10 years of IT compliance, data privacy, or risk
management experience in a multinational setup.
• Proven knowledge of data protection norms in US, UK,
NL, Canada, Singapore, and India.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Security &
Compliance Center, Azure AD/Entra, HP laptop fleet
management, and global IT asset governance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other security
frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Required skills and Preferred Skills:
