Reminders:
1. Landowner-mortgagor and his/her children are NOT QUALIFIED to become farmer-beneficiaries of
his/her foreclosed landholding (Sec. 44 of AO 7, Series of 2011).
2. Children of landowner are NOT QUALIFIED to become farmer-beneficiaries. Actual occupants who
are children of the landowner may qualify under AO 6, Series of 2006 pursuant to Sec. 6 and 22 of
RA 6657).
3. Grandchildren of landowner may qualify if they are tenants in their own rights, provided the
landowner is still alive at the time of CF documentation.

the new owner should include an instruction
to cause the registration of the Instrument
of Acquisition (Deed of Sale, Donation, EJS,
etc.).

Accounting of Lots (to include previously acquired


lots under OLT, VLT, DPS and the remaining area
subject of acquisition)
MARPO certification as to non-OLT coverage
MARPO to secure Affidavit of Waiver from the other
declarant, if Tax Declaration of registered owner is
with annotation/memoranda stating that subject lot
is also declared in the name of other person.

REMINDERS: (In compliance to AO 1, Series of 2022)


1. The CARPO and Processor or Area Coordinator concerned shall review, assess, and determine the
completeness of the documents prior to the conduct of F.I.
2. The Field Investigation Report (FIR) and other valuation documents must be submitted to DARPO
within three (3) days after the conduct of F.I. for review.
3. The CARPO and Processors shall within one (1) day, review and verify the accuracy of the FIR and
other supporting documents, and upon his/her recommendation, the PARPO II will certify the
correctness of the data, information, and land use/s contained in the FIR and its consistency with
the ASP or AdSP.
4. Within three (3) days, the CARPO and Processors shall verify and evaluate the CF as to its
completeness, consistency of data and information, and sufficiency of documentary requirements. If
found in order, prepare the Checklist of Requirements using CARPER-LAD Form No. 48 signed by the
CARPO and certified by the PARPO II. Thereafter, the CARPO and Processor concerned shall prepare
and transmit the Memorandum Request to Value Land and Pay the LO signed by the PARPO II (using
CARPER-LAD Form No. 49), together with the completed Claim Folder with ASP/AdSP and FIR to the
LBP-AOC V.
