Biology Lab by Bryan Seiveright, student of 5P. Shortly after you stepped out of the
class, Bryan retrieved his football from his bag and began to kick it across the room.
Despite several warnings from the monitor, Reynear Douglas, Bryan continued.
Two beakers and a microscope fell off the counter and broke.

SAMPLE LETTER OF COMPLAINT
Lincoln District

Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Return of Defective Appliance
I recently bought a new Black and Decker iron from this Singer store location on
January 29,2024. The iron was tested in the store and I saw that it was heating
perfectly. However, when I got home with the iron, I used the measuring cup enclosed in
the package to add water to the iron but it kept leaking. The following day, January 30, I
returned the iron but I was told the iron cannot be replaced because when I left the store
it was not defective as I supervised a check of it. I was also not offered a refund even
though this policy was not made clear before.
In order to alleviate the problem, I make the following suggestions: firstly, I recommend
that appliances be fully assessed before customers leave with them. Secondly, I
suggest that customers should be given the option to accept a replacement for the item
or be reimbursed.I look forward to a favourable response.
Yours respectfully,
N McKenzie
