Calculate Total Cost Create a New Column:​


Title it "Total Cost (for 2 Years)".Formula: In the first cell of the new column (let's say it's column I):​
=H2 + (H2 * 0.2 * 24) Drag down to fill in all entries.​
Conditional Formatting​
Highlight Patients with Cholesterol Levels Above 200:Select the Cholesterol Level column.Go to Home > Conditional Formatting >
New Rule.Set the rule to greater than 200 and fill with red.Highlight Patients with Blood Pressure Below 120/80:Use a custom
formula to check if systolic (first part) is less than 120 and diastolic (second part) is less than 80. You may need to split this into two
columns for easier formatting.​
Create a Chart​
Insert a Column Chart: Select the range of Patient Names and Monthly Medical Expenses.​
Go to Insert > Chart > Column Chart.​
Sort Data​
Sort by Age:Click on the Age column header. Go to Data > Sort and select Sort Largest to Smallest.​
Filter Data​
Filter for Patients Above 50 Years:Click on the Age column header. Go to Data > Filter. Set a filter to show values greater than 50. ​
Create a Summary​
Summary Section: Below your data, create a small summary with the following calculations:​
Total Number of Patients:=COUNTA(A2:A21)​
Average Monthly Medical Expense: =AVERAGE(H2:H21)​
Highest Cholesterol Level: =MAX(G2:G21)
