A. If the test does not give an ECAM warning or a maintenance message:
(1) Do a check of the bleed pressure fluctuation present during the flight:
(a) If the bleed pressure fluctuation was between 40 psi (2.76 bar) and 48 psi (3.31 bar) or 36
psi (2.48 bar) and 44 psi (3.03 bar):
- Stop the troubleshooting procedure.
NOTE: The PRV has normal fluctuations between 40 psi (2.76 bar) and 48 psi (3.31 ba
r).
NOTE: Automatic switching between the HPV (4000HA) and the IP check valve can cau
se the fluctuations from 36 psi (2.48 bar) to 44 psi (3.03 bar).

(b) If the bleed pressure fluctuation was not between 40 psi (2.76 bar) and 48 psi (3.31 bar) or
36 psi (2.48 bar) and 44 psi (3.03 bar), go to step (2).
(2) Do a check of the unions and/or the clamps of sense line 1, sense line 2, sense line 3, sense line 4
and sense line 6 with the check at the equipment level:
(a) If one of the unions and/or clamps is (are) not correctly installed:
1 Tighten the unions and/or the clamps and monitor this failure for next flights.
(b) If the unions and the clamps are correctly installed, go to step (3).
(3) Do a leak check of all the bleed air ducts and the packs components Ref. AMM 36-22-00-790-001:
(a) If there is a leak, replace the affected bleed air ducts/pack components.
(a) If there is a leak, replace sense line 2 Ref. AMM 36-21-49-000-010 and Ref. AMM 36-21-49-
400-010, and Ref. AMM 36-11-49-000-018 and Ref. AMM 36-11-49-400-018.
(b) If there is no leak, do a visual inspection of the O-ring of the TLT (10HA1):
1 If the O-ring of the TLT (10HA1) is damaged, replace the O-RING of the TLT (10HA1)

2 If the O-ring of the TLT (10HA1) is not damaged, replace the SOLENOID-BLEED PRE

(5) With the pressure at approximately 50 psi (3.45 bar) on sense line 2, do a check of the transferred
pressure sensor (7HA1) with label 151 Ref. AMM 31-36-00-740-008:
(a) If the pressure on the transferred pressure sensor (7HA1) is not approximately 50 psi (3.45
bar):
b If the O-ring of the transferred pressure sensor (7HA1) is not damaged, repl
ace the XDCR-BLEED TRANSFER PRESS, ENG 1 (7HA1) Ref. AMM 36-11-15-
000-001 and Ref. AMM 36-11-15-400-001.
(b) If the pressure on the transferred pressure sensor (7HA1) is approximately 50 psi (3.45 ba
r), go to step (6).
(6) Do a leak check of sense line 3 Ref. AMM 36-11-00-720-007:
(a) If there is a leak, replace sense line 3 Ref. AMM 36-21-49-000-010 and Ref. AMM 36-21-49-
