SOIL HEALTH CARD & SOIL FERTILITY INDEX (API services from NIC server, New Delhi)
Soil Health Card (SHC) linking with Cadastral Data

Soil Health Card linking with cadastral data is completed for entire state
Soil Health Cards linked as per Second Cycle (2017-18 to 2018-19)
SHC web service consumed from NIC web server located at Delhi through API
It is a live link, MRSAC is not downloading or maintaining the SHC database
Till date about 130.53 lakhs cards are distributed and same are linked with khasra numbers.
SHC viewing & printing facility is provided on MahaAgriTech Geo-portal

Soil Fertility Index (SFI): Village wise Data Compilation & Map Generation

 Village wise data for all the 12 parameters are compiled for entire State
 Issues such as missing, submerged, forest villages etc are sorted out
 Soil Fertility Index maps and reports can be viewed using MahaAgriTech Geo-portal

 Industry standard, 45 seat, modern MahaAgriTech Digital Lab is created at
VANAMATI premises Nagpur with par excellence, data storage (100 TB), data
download (50 mbps lease line), image processing (ERDAS Imagine) and GIS (ESRI)
facilities.

Lab is made operational from Aug 2021

All the activities pertaining to kharif and rabi seasons as envisaged in G.R. have been
carried out at MahaAgriTech Digital Lab

Activities such as satellite data download, image rectification, mosaicing, Digital


image processing, crop health and acreage estimation along with statistics extraction is
being carried out at VANAMATI Digital Lab.
