Subject: TIME TABLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF MID-TERM TESTS


1. The above matter bears reference;

2. All primary and secondary schools are requested to administer the mid-term tests
according to the provided time table.

3. This is a strategy to measure learner’s readiness to end of mid-year assessment and


to promote content coverage for all schools and subjects.

4. Schools are requested to mark and conduct item and error analysis so as to come up
with intervention strategies at school level.

5. Time table for FET has been issued in March but will be re-issued again.

6. The GET mid-year time table will be issued soon.

7. The district curriculum section will provide schools with mid-term question papers
through circuits.

8. Schools are expected to make copies for their learners.
