🎯 Lesson 1: Presentation Structure & Topic Planning

Objective: Students will understand presentation structure and choose a


topic to develop.

Materials:

 Printed presentation outline template

 Model video clip or short presentation (2–3 mins)

 Timer

Lesson Plan (60 mins):

1. Intro & Discussion (10 mins):

o Ask: “What makes a presentation effective?”

o Discuss structure: Introduction – Body – Conclusion.

2. Model Analysis (10 mins):

o Watch a 2–3 minute presentation.

o Pause after each section: What was effective? What was missing?

3. Topic Brainstorm (10 mins):

o Each student brainstorms 2–3 personal interest topics.

o Peer suggestion and refinement.

4. Outline Writing (20 mins):

o Fill in a presentation planning template:

 Hook

 2–3 Main Points

 Supporting details

 Conclusion

5. Mini Presentation (5 mins per student):

o Each student shares their outline verbally for 2–3 minutes.

o Partner gives oral feedback.

Homework: Refine and write the full presentation draft (2–3 minutes).
Lesson 2: Delivery Practice & Body Language

Objective: Students will practice voice, body language, and pacing.

Materials:

 Delivery checklist (volume, clarity, posture, gestures)

 Mirror or video recording tool (optional)

Lesson Plan (60 mins):

1. Warm-Up (5 mins):

o Breathing and projection exercise (e.g., tongue twisters, pacing).

2. Mini-Lesson (10 mins):

o Practice vocal techniques (volume, pausing, inflection).

o Demonstrate confident posture and eye contact.

3. Partial Practice (20 mins):

o Student A delivers the intro and one main point.

o Student B observes and gives feedback using checklist.

o Switch roles.

4. Partner Coaching (15 mins):

o Re-run a segment, this time with the partner coaching actively


(e.g., “Try pausing longer after that point” or “Use your hands to
emphasize this idea”).

5. Reflection & Goal Setting (10 mins):

o Each student identifies one delivery skill to improve.

o Write it on a notecard or journal.

Homework: Practice full delivery at home; memorize or reduce reliance on


notes.

🎤 Lesson 3: Final Presentations & Deep Feedback


Objective: Students will deliver complete presentations and give structured
peer critique.

Materials:

 Printed feedback form (2 stars & 1 wish)

 Stopwatch or timer

 Optional: record on phone or webcam

Lesson Plan (60 mins):

1. Warm-Up (5 mins):

o Confidence exercise: power pose + deep breathing.

2. Student Presentations (25 mins):

o Student A presents (3–4 mins).

o Student B completes feedback form and gives oral feedback.

o Switch roles.

3. Discussion & Reflection (20 mins):

o Each student discusses:

 What went well

 What they want to improve next time

 Feedback they agree/disagree with and why

4. Final Coaching (10 mins):

o Each student chooses one section to redo with improvement.

o Peer coaching allowed during redo.

Homework: Revise for a second performance (if applicable) or apply


feedback to future presentations.
