Frozen southern style hashbrown
potatoes (diced)
Cream of potato soup
Shredded mozzarella
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper

How Do I Make the Cubed
Cheesy Potatoes?
1. Add the potato soup and sour
cream to a large bowl.

2. Next, add 1-1/2 cups of
mozzarella, 1-1/2 cups of cheddar
cheese, and the parmesan cheese
to the bowl. Reserve the rest of the
cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
3. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top
and mix everything well.
4. Add the hashbrown potatoes to the
bowl and mix until covered.
5. Spread the potatoes into a 9″ x 13″
casserole dish and sprinkle the
remainder of the cheddar and
mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Cover with foil.
7. If the potatoes are frozen, bake for
30 minutes, remove the foil and
bake for 30 more minutes. If the
potatoes are not frozen, bake
covered for 15-20 minutes, remove
the foil and bake 15-20 more
minutes.
