INTRODUCTION
Hope Renal Centre is committed to offering compassionate, patient-centered
renal care services. To enhance its visibility in the healthcare space, we propose
developing a strong online brand that reflects its mission and vision while ensuring
a seamless digital experience for patients and stakeholders.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this project is to create an online brand for Hope Renal
Centre and position it as a leader in offering compassionate renal care services.
This will involve:
• Developing a distinctive brand: Letterhead, Receipt book, Business Card, and
company profile.
• Building an innovative, responsive website
• Creating social media pages to expand the Centre’s online presence and
engagement
• Implement basic SEO techniques to enhance the website's visibility in search
engine.
SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES:
1. User-Friendly Interface: We will create an intuitive and easy-to-navigate website
that ensures a positive user experience for all visitors.
1. Online Booking: We will integrate a booking system that is able to collect new
leads, and streamline online booking.
2. Responsive Design: The website will be fully responsive, adapting seamlessly to
various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
3. Blog and Articles: A blog section will be included to share insightful articles,
opinion pieces, and thought leadership content.
4. Contact and Feedback Forms: To encourage engagement, we will integrate contact
forms and feedback mechanisms for inquiries and suggestions
5. Social Media Pages: Create Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages for the
business, this will boost the business visibility on social media.
6. Brand Development: Create a brand that is professional. This will include creating
a company profile, Receipt book, Business card, and Letterhead.

o Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) module to ensure site is SEO compliant.
(Please note that we do not guarantee search page rankings.) Website also
automatically submits self-generated site-map to Google and other main search
engines on a scheduled basis.
o Automated website backup module for added security; can email full site and
database backups to you on a scheduled basis.
o Compatibility with all major web browsers.
o Page optimization for rapid browser load.
o Fully modular for easy expansion of functionality in future.
o Theme-based design permits rapid redesign of each web page in future, if required.
o Security and performance advantages, as theme and code modules can be
updated, in order to account for new threats or web browser updates.

The first payment will be 70 % of the estimate total to start the project.
The second payment will be 30% billed once we go live.

IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE
Your site development is estimated between 2-3 weeks. We work diligently to come in
on estimated timeline, however, the development process is a fluid one and can take
longer than the estimated number of days due to numerous factors. As we approach
the maximum days estimated, we will contact you and let you know.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME – 16 WORKING DAYS
