Module 6: Case 3A-C Unlike other modules, Module 6 does not have Practice: Case Studies
Studies standard "lessons". Instead, carefully complete 1-10
all case studies.
Course Completion
Completion of all items is designated by a check mark on the main course page.
Modules 1-5 include multiple lessons and an associated quiz. Note that you must score 70% or higher on the quiz for it
to mark as complete. However, module-level quizzes do not affect your final grade for the course. Because these quizzes
are intended to be used as review resources, you are allowed unlimited attempts. You must get 70% or higher on a
module's quiz in order to advance to the next module.
Module 6 consists of ten case studies, but has no separate quiz. You must complete all ten Module 6 case studies to
advance to the "Course Completion" steps.
After completing the end of module quizzes, case studies, and the final exam, feedback will be available for most
questions. It may be beneficial to review all feedback, even for the questions answered correctly, as the
feedback serves as a review and may provide additional information.
Once you have completed your work in all six modules, AHIMA requests that you provide feedback via the Course
Survey. After submitting the Course Survey, the Final Exam will become accessible.
You must score 70% or higher to successfully complete the course. You will get two attempts to achieve this score. Your
score on the Final Exam determines your grade for the entire course.
Important! To register completion and access your CEUs after passing the Final Exam, sign into my.ahima.org,
then access MyAHIMA. Next navigate to your "Learning Center," then visit then "CEU Center". Your completion
and CEUs will not register until you complete these tasks (in that order). We recommend you complete this task
directly after completing the course.
The Contact Hours certificate will be accessible within the course under “My Brightspace” and “Awards”.
