Job Description:-
3D Visualizer
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize
Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and seniors
Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
Assisting with planning decisions
Creating both static visualizations and animations
Working with industry-standard design tools.
Creating storyboards to visualize scenes
Presenting project ideas to other staff and employers
Reviewing and improving 3D effects
Troubleshooting project problems
Using 2D and 3D imaging to improve 3D graphics
Employing 3D modeling to create animations
Working with design teams to visualize projects
Utilizing industry-standard design programs
BIM Architect (Experienced)
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Building design, Airport projects, Railways, institutional planning, and master planning
Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD and demonstrate proficiency in Revit.
Experience in building design, airport projects, railways, institutional planning, and master planning.
Conversant with BIM standards and their application as per the need of assignment
Ability to work on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
Create, present, and implement design concepts according to client needs.
Interact with clients to understand their requirements and prepare technical drawings.
Prepare client presentations with products, technical details, and recommendations.
Experience in following up on a project from inception to actual execution and experience in working drawings
Preparing technical drawings.
Should have experience managing a team of architects and delivering projects independently.
Should have aptitude for design and command over 3D software.
Should have the ability to work on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
Creating, presenting and implementing design concepts according to a client's needs
Interacting with clients, understanding requirements, and preparing technical drawings
Preparing client presentations with products, technical details, and recommendations.
Fresher architects working under the team’s supervision:
Fresher Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and design documents.
Support the team in concept development, 3D modeling, and visualization.
Conduct site visits and assist in preparing site reports when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
Stay updated with current design trends, building codes, and construction technologies.
Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions as needed.
Experienced Architect:-
Key Responsibilities:
Determining the needs and requirements of clients
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
