and Discuss each type. [5 Points]
F. Give at least FOUR (4) Doctrines announce by the
Supreme Court in Various Cases/jurisprudence essentially
saying, “the hospital is liable for the negligence of its
doctors” AND explain. [5 Points]
G. What is the “Captain of the Ship Doctrine (CSD)” and
discuss the TWO (2) leading Jurisprudence regarding CSD.
