Subject: Apology for Being Late to Mid-Exam Class
My name is Kirubel Solomon Tadasa, a student in the Department of Accounting
and Finance at Hawassa University. I am writing this letter to express my sincere
apology for arriving late to the mid-exam held on March 26, 2025.
Due to unexpected circumstances, I was late to the exam. Initially, I was not
allowed to enter the exam room by the instructor, Mr. Delay. However, after
presenting my ID card, I was permitted to take the exam. Please note that my ID
card was taken by the instructor during that time and has not yet been returned.
I understand the importance of punctuality, especially during examinations, and I
deeply regret the situation. I kindly ask for your understanding regarding this
matter and assure you that I will take all necessary steps to avoid such incidents in
the future.
Thank you for your attention and consideration.
Sincerely,
Kirubel Solomon Tadasa
