I work with a local real estate agency , we are calling about your property at

to see if u might have thought about selling it now or in the near future .

well , may i ask , how much are you looking to get for the property ? do you have an
Asking Price ?

great , and how many bedrooms and bathrooms are there ?


and what's the general condition of the property , does it need any kind of repairs ?
or has it been through any upgrades recently ?

ok if i may ask , would you consider having the property listed with us , so we can
get you the highest possible offer for it ?

Ok great and if i may ask Why would you consider selling this property ? like what got
you motivated to sell ?

Is the property currently Vacant , Rented , Or do you live there ?


What is your closing timeline ? can u sell ASAP or do u need sometime ?

Great , do you have an Email address we can reach out with more info , ?

and when is the best time to have our real estate agent call you back for further
details .

open ( zillow - redfin ) and compare *** MV before pushing, always push the highest
result

Rebuttals :
1- if the owner is Not Interested in selling , ask : do you have any other
property you might consider selling or know someone who does ?
2- if it is a Wrong Number : Sorry about that , but do you personally have any
property that you might want to sell ? we are reaching out for home owners
across the state , * and if yes and they continue , collect new address info and
owner's name and email *
3- if asked about the phone number : it is the same number shown on your
caller ID however if you want me to call you back anytime I already have your
number , when is the best time to call you back ?
