Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you’ll be actively involved in key aspects of Human Resources, including:

* Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation
* Assisting with the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, and
scheduling interviews
* Handling HR-related queries and supporting employees with timely information
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Participating in various HR projects and strategic initiatives
* Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align people strategies with business
goals
* Enhancing sales strategy exposure through real-time communication and convincing skills
* Practicing strong negotiation skills to deliver win-win outcomes
