APPLICATION TOOLS SURFACE PREPARATION
Brush, Roller or any suitable applicator. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, paint,
loose materials, oil, grease, sealers, curing compounds, waxes
and all other contaminations.

APPLICATION METHOD
• Stir thoroughly before using.
• Apply adhesive generously in a uniform thickness on both surfaces in a smooth pattern and cover each surface with minimum of 80% and cover
the edges with 100%.
• Porous surfaces may require 2 coats of adhesive.
• Allow both surfaces to dry until the adhesive is no longer tacky (3 - 5 minutes).
• Position surfaces carefully before assembly.
• No adjustment is possible after contact.
• Spacers such as dowels or strips of laminate may be used to prevent premature adhesive/adhesive contact and bonding.
• Slide out the spacers and apply uniform pressure, working toward the edges.
• A 3 inch roller with maximum body pressure should be used to help ensure adequate contact and bonding, especially on the edges.
• Bonded assemblies can be machined, trimmed or finished immediately after bonding.
LIMITATIONS
Do not dilute the product with any type of solvents.
CLEANING & DISPOSAL
• Excess adhesive may be removed immediately after the application
• The Tools & the excess material should be cleaned immediately by SAAF CPVC & PVC Cleaner or any common solvents like xylene, white spirit,
etc. before it gets dry
• Dispose the waste according to the local regulations
SHELF LIFE
12 months shelf life when stored in it’s original unopened container between 5°C to 39°C.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The product is inflammable, keep it away from heat, sparks, open flame & other ignition sources, vapors may ignite explosively.
Use only in well ventilated areas.
The product should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Use of suitable protective gloves and goggles is advis-
able.
If eyes are affected with the adhesive rinse with excess amount of clean fresh water and seek for medical advice .If swallowed seek medical atten-
tion immediately and do not induce vomiting help.
