A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZNG SHEILA MAE B. GALAROSA, SK CHAIRPERSON
AND SK TREASURER MARY YVONNE A. DELA CRUZ OF BARANGAY MAGBALLO,
KABANKALAN CITY TO TRANSACT IN THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR)
FOR ISSUANCE OF THE TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN RESPECTIVELY AND EFFECTIVELY MAY 25, 2024.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 4.2.11 of Revenue resolution Regulations (RR)no.7-2012, a person
who, although exempt from the imposition of the taxes imposed under the Code as amended is
nevertheless required to withhold taxes on account of income payments made to taxable individuals or
entities are required to or may secure Tax Identification Number.
WHEREAS, Consistent with Section 20 (b) of RA. No. 10742, the SK, shall have financial
independence in its operations, disbursement and encashment of their funds, income and expenditures,
preferably government-owned, situated in the nearest area of jurisdiction, with the SK Chairperson and
the SK Treasurer as the official signatories. For efficiency and economy purposes, it is strongly
encourage for the SK to open and maintain a depository account in the same bank; and branch of its
barangay.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by Sangguniang Kabataan MARK ANTHONY C. CASUYON
and seconded by all Sangguniang Kabataan, be it;
RESOLVED, as their body hereby resolved to authorized Sheila Mae B. Galarosa SK Chairperson and
SK Treasurer Mary Yvonne A. Dela Cruz of Barangay Magballo, Kabankalan City to transact in the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to secure TIN No. in behalf of the SK, and act as withholding agents.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this Resolution No. 4 S.2024, Office of the COA- LGS,
Commission on Audit – Local Government Sectore and other concerned agencies and Offices of the
City of Kabankalan and Government Agencies for their information and reference.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED,
