Stipend : ₹13,000

Internship Summary
Develop efficient backend logic and APIs while collaborating with the frontend team. The ideal candidate
should be proficient in API development, AI model integration, and modern backend technologies to ensure
fast and secure data processing.

Your responsibilities during the internship will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

- AI & API-Driven Development: Develop AI-powered APIs that integrate with third-party software and enable
intelligent automation.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Pipelines: Implement knowledge retrieval and fine-tuning mechanisms
for AI assistants.
- LangChain & AI Agent Development: Design and build AI-powered automation agents that process complex
business operations.
- Database & Data Management: Efficiently manage structured and unstructured data (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs
like Pinecone, FAISS).
- AI Model Deployment & Optimization: Deploy and optimize AI models for real-time inference and performance
tuning.
- Security & Access Management: Implement authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT) and ensure secure API
interactions.
- Scalability & Performance Optimization: Design distributed, load-balanced architectures to handle high traffic
and complex data.
- Cloud-Based AI & DevOps: Deploy backend services in AWS/GCP/Azure, ensuring CI/CD, containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes).
- Error Handling & Logging: Implement robust monitoring, debugging, and error-tracking systems to ensure
system reliability.
- AI Training Data Pipelines: Build automated pipelines to continuously update AI models based on user
interactions.
- Integration with Third-Party Software: Ensure seamless connectivity with external APIs and platforms for
extended functionalities.

How to start:

Upon receiving your documents and signing the document, this offer will be considered as accepted and
you are bond to follow the terms mentioned. Additionally, you will be granted access to our ERP on or
before the Start Date. This tool serves as your central cloud office space, allowing you to mark your
attendance daily, submit reports, and manage your tasks efficiently.

Terms and Conditions

1. Confidentiality Agreement: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time, agrees to
maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data belonging to the
company. This includes refraining from disclosing any such information to unauthorized individuals or entities, both
during and after the term of engagement.
2. Data Security and Privacy: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time, acknowledges
their responsibility to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access, theft, or misuse. This includes
adhering to established security protocols, using company-provided technology resources responsibly, and reporting
any suspected security breaches or vulnerabilities immediately to the appropriate authorities.
3. Use of Company Resources: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time, agrees to use
company resources, including documentation, equipment, and software, solely for business purposes and in
accordance with company policies. Any unauthorized use of company resources for personal gain or for the benefit of
another organization is strictly prohibited.
4. Non-Disclosure of Client Information: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time,
agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information obtained from clients or customers during the course
of engagement without prior authorization from the company. This includes refraining from engaging in private
conversations with clients without the knowledge or consent of the company.
5. Intellectual Property Rights: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time, acknowledges
that all intellectual property created or developed during the course of engagement belongs exclusively to the
company. This includes but is not limited to inventions, designs, software code, and creative works.
6. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time,
agrees not to engage in any activities that directly compete with the business interests of the company during the term
of engagement and for a specified period thereafter. Additionally, the new joinee agrees not to solicit or recruit clients,
customers, or employees of the company for personal gain or for the benefit of another organization.
7. Termination and Remedies: The new joinee, whether joined as a consultant, full-time, or part-time, understands
that violation of any of the terms and conditions outlined in the appointment letter may result in termination of
employment or other disciplinary action. In the event of termination, the new joinee agrees to return all company
property and cease all access to company systems and data immediately.
