Subject: Submission of 10% Security Deposit Cheque on Behalf of Buyer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Sukaina Ali, holding valid emirates ID number 784-1985-0520849-0, hereby confirm that I am
submitting a security cheque in the amount of 10% of the purchase price of the property located
at Orania 3BR Townhouse #144, The Valley on behalf of the buyer, Batool Mustafa Contractor,
who is the purchaser under the terms of the Property Sales Agreement signed on April 30, 2025.

This cheque is submitted in accordance with the regulations set by the Dubai Land Department
(DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and is to be held in trust as a security
deposit until the transaction is fully concluded.

Acknowledgment of Liability:
I fully understand and accept that I am submitting this cheque voluntarily on behalf of the buyer
and, as such, shall remain liable for the amount represented by the cheque in the event of any
failure by the buyer to fulfill their contractual obligations under the Property Sales Agreement.

Indemnity Clause:
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olive Branch Real Estate Brokerage LLC from
any claims, disputes, or liabilities that may arise as a result of this transaction or the submission
of this cheque on the buyer’s behalf.

This undertaking is made in good faith and with full understanding of the legal and financial
implications.
