Introduction

We don’t care where you live, every country

in the world has some sort of salad. And,
especially if you’re trying to lose some
weight, that salad probably comes in the form
of lettuce mixed in with other vegetables.
Unfortunately, unless you’re a huge veggie
fan, salads might not excite you as much.
Everything changes when you add a little
salad dressing, though, right? We know it!
The thing is, you’re not exactly allowed to
add the whole bottle regardless of how tasty it
is because, let’s face it, it’s usually very
unhealthy.
Thankfully, “Pour It In!” is the solution to all
of your salad prayers with its 30 delicious and
healthy homemade dressing recipes! With our
recipes, you can pour in the whole thing if
you’d like. (Please don’t). What we’re trying
to say is, there is a huge difference between
store-bought and homemade dressings, so
you can definitely add much more of it to
your salads!
To help you get started, we’ve packed this
book with some classic recipes like balsamic
vinaigrette, honey mustard, and caesar
dressings. Nonetheless, we’ve also included a
fair share of unusual but exciting recipes like
Thai peanut, honey chipotle, balsamic
blueberry vinaigrette, and mango dressings.
There’s lots to choose from and lunchtime is
coming around, so which one will we pour
into our salad today? Let’s get started! Good
luck!
